Good quality compost. Delivered n time but quite expensive.

Logs delivered as promised. A lot of logs for £270! My log store full up with quality! Pleased as usual with Logs Direct.

The logs and firelighters are good, the only issues were with the delivery company but that was resolved quikly when I contacted Logs Direct.

Great company, the prices are fair and the quality is good. A few of us ordered compost for our allotments and the driver was really helpful accessing the places where we needed the compost to be placed.

I had a missing item, that can happen but too much hassle and too many mails and calls to get that sorted (not yet sorted at the time of writing)

I have now dealt with logs direct on several occasions since opening an account with them , their communication and customer service is excellent , I have to admit I have always tried to source my logs locally in Cornwall , but in these hard Financial Times I’m afraid I now have to look for value and deals , and logs direct are great at both of these , always have offers , incentives , and good value for money , so they are now my go to for all my logs , and I’ve even ordered garden soil and accessories from them too , their delivery times are very good aswell , so it’s all positive from me for logs direct !

As a first time customer I was delighted with the product (mushroom compost) the competetive price and free delivery (delivery charges have been silly previously with other suppliers for bulk bags)

Hi very organised company who provide a prompt service after the order placed. High quality top soil and multi purpose compost. Would definitely order again.

Ordered some wood pellets and within a day I had a despatch email but this is where things begin to go wrong. The tracking did not move past 'we've got your parcel' on the tracking site; attempts to contact the courier resulted in no help and error messages so I emailed Logs Direct. A week later I have had no response to this email, not even to acknowledge receipt or that I subsequently called and spoke to someone.
I called up and spoke to someone on 8th April who quickly ascertained the courier had lost the parcel so I was offered a refund or replacement. I opted for the refund but have not yet received anything back to my account. If I have not heard anything by the end of the week I will be opening a dispute with PayPal.
Overall disappointed; I was signposted here by a company who were closing down that I have been a customer of for several years and can't help but feel a little let down.

Delivered promptly and as described and expected. Great price too.

Plenty of advance notice of delivery though not much time allowed to change the date if inconvenient. Confirmation of delivery date but no more specific than am. Driver will place order where you want it (within reason !) First time I've ordered a non-log product and it was so easy. The compost came in a dumpy bag as expected and looked excellent quality - worms included.

Delivered on time by a courteous driver and the bag placed where we wanted it to be. The quality of the compost is excellent. We will order more at a later date. Thank you.

Very fast delivery. Use DPD to deliver mine who are always reliable here. Good range of stock for open fires, BBQs, wood burners etc at very good prices. Offer subscriptions as well.
