This company is a complete SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM!
They will take your money and if they do sent you logos, they look like something a child has done with word clip art, but to be fair, not that good!
They will not respond to messages when you want your money back, the person is clearly just stealing money off people. DO NOT USE!!!
I will be taking this further and trying to make sure these con artists don't steal other peoples money!

Just like everyone else here writing these reviews, I'm getting the same responses...SAVE YOUR MONEY and go elsewhere. I just gave my money away!

Very poor service from this company. No customer service and keep fobbing clients off with excuses. Have been waiting 4 days for my sample logos and each time I call I get told they are almost done and on the way. They advertise that you will get samples within 6 hours, this is all BS. This is a scam company and unfortunately I did not review them before I purchased. One start is way too much to rate this company. Use another provider instead, DO NOT go anywhere near them.

I can see why the reviews are so appalling! Just wish I could give no stars at all! Avoid at all costs!! It seems like there's only 1 person for working in the logo department called Nathan, cut the phone on me twice!! And had a screaming child in the background! This company is a total scam!! So lucky I did not place an order.

I purchased their plan for 12 logo designs and even paid extra for the animated logo for the website.

When I received the first batch, it was clear from the start that they were useless! Their team did not research what I did nor look at the industry that I worked in. All the logo designs sent over looked exactly like the ones found preset on the other FREE websites available.

Out of the 12, only 1 was OKish but needed amendments, which I sent. I even sent a request for the other logos to be all redone to look more professional. At that point I didn't see any other logo and all they did was to redesign the logo I said was OKish over and over again.

I requested a full refund as stated on their website which was back in March and I'm currently waiting. They say they are UK registered but the domain name is registered to a Scott Sutton in Wisconsin , US.

Every time I sent an email asking where the refund was, I kept getting the same email back - "your email has been passed to the Financial Department. They will provide a response in 24-48 hours"

AVOID WITH ALL COST. THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY

I had nice designs, am very pleased on that, but , customer service sucks .I let the phone ring for an hour because I was very angry. I asked for a reciept to be sent to me for taxes. and still havent recieved it . I dont like 24/7 customer service promise ,,,,And there is no customer service. And where is the rest of the package I ordered.

What a bad service, I got the first logos in 6 hours but the logos had nothing to do with what I order. I requested new ones or a revision as they call it, and been waiting for 2 weeks with no luck.

Refund coming UP!

I'v told them what I think and given that I have to wait up to 21 days for a refund is the last straw.

They are not even interested in the negative feedback they have listed on here.

A 3 year old could do a better job. They say 6 designers worked on my logo...... what a joke. They need to get a new box of crayons.

I'm glad I didn't spend much money with them but I'm still contacting my credit card company to ask them to chase my refund.

They are there just to steal monies.An automatic email system for your emails.

They need to be removed. I don't know how to get them off line but they need to be prosecuted for this kind of behavior.

I paid and used their services, but was not happy with the product, I rang them to discuss what I would like as they were not understanding my requests done online. Once again they ignored my requests to change the logo and I decided to take my business else where. All advisors put down the phone or say they can not hear me. I have emailed and sent a chat. The only reply I get is to advice changes to the logo! I have reported this company to the National Trading Standards

I got the sample of 6 logos and they didn't come back after I sent the reviewed one.No reply for the emails. Bad customer service.

The quality of the logos equates to a 10 year old with some basic clip art and about 5 fonts that they throw together after a few days. The revisions don't seem to improve anything, and often look worse than the original designs.

Awful company AVOID i agree with other reviews its abvoiusly a scam, your told you have 3 UK designers, an account manager and Guarantee of a refund if you're not happy. This hasn't happened !!

Logos are from clip art really bad not like the ones on their website. When I complained and asked for a "no quibble refund" they just refused to give me one. Avoid like the plague

I read so many negative things reviews about this company, my experience was a good, only complaint i had was i got my first set of logos in 2 days rather than 6 hours, it appears that the company works at night because all my revisions came around 2 am. I chose the $69 option and explained what i wanted and sent a rough pic of my idea and there options were right on point, and after a few days of revisions my design was perfect. For the investment and turnaround time i couldnt be happier.

I have been trying to extract a refund out of this company for over three months. I have contacted them many times to ask for a refund because I am unhappy with the logos- as per their conditions of business. Each time I speak to them they tell me that they will process the refund, and that it will take five weeks to do.. then they do nothing (I suppose they hope I will forget about it... I can assure them that I will not. Do not use this company, they are frauds and the logos they produce are nothing more than stock imagery.
