Fantastic customer service and very competitive price!!
This is our first holiday since before Covid, because it's a big group of us so we decided to go for a cruise holiday which will make it easier. This is also my first time using Logitravel, the lady called Iris is a Godsend, she has been so thorough and patience booking all 22 of us in one by one, amazing lady!
The costs are very competitive as well, now we just have wait for the actual holiday happens!! Can't wait!!
I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to all my friends!!!

Iris has been incredibly helpful for all my travel plans for the past 4 years. The cruises that have sailed were fabulous and Iris got me the best rooms at the best prices. The cruises that didn't sail because of covid were refunded through Iris chasing the companies for me.

A team member personally helped us book our honeymoon after technical issues
After multiple technical issues with trying to rebook our honeymoon to Bali through the site I reached out to the company on Twitter and was then phoned by Iris. Iris was super helpful and is a great asset to the team. She helped us book our flights and then I asked for a little time to choose hotels with my partner. She gave me her personal work email address so I could contact her when i was ready to book hotels. She even went as far as to personally recommend places and things to do in Bali which was a nice touch. When we ready to book I emailed in the evening and she called the next morning and got everything booked. Thank you Iris.

RIP OFF, My reply to their excuse that the prices go up. Fri I was given a quote over the phone, then on Mon via an email, the quote went up by £600. Then after contacting them and telling them what I thought, then within 1 hr I managed to get a quote and purchased the exact same cruise, cabin,etc etc for £900 pound less than logitravels extortionate quote. So Im sorry but thier b**s**t does not wash. Beware they are a rip off, they will not warrant thier original quote, and all but called me a liar. However thanks to them I got a lot better deal directly with the cruise company, even MSC rep said it was disgusting what they did. Logitravels loss, my gain. Thank You.

Trying to user my Travel Voucher but cannot
We were given a travel voucher due to covid and tried to rebook a couple of weeks ago. We went through the whole of the booking process and then booking failed at the last minute due to an error.
I have tried numerous times to contact the company via email, social media channels, their phone number and there online chat and i'm not able to get a decent response or help.

I want to say how much I've appreciated the helpful, friendly and patient service I've received from Iris at Logitravel. We had to change our cruise booking due to health problems and she couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent experience
I have been impressed and happy with the service and support I have received from Logitravel.
I originally booked a holiday to Eygpt just before the pandemic restrictions, I was offered a refund [but was encouraged to accept a credit voucher], I accepted this option as I thought it's money already budgeted so I'd use the credit voucher for other trips.
I would thoroughly receommed Logitravel and intend to use them again in future.
