I have been shopping with ljs since lockdown, I was so happy when I found them because as a curvy lady I struggled to find nice clothes in the shops , but since shopping with ljs I'm now 6yrs later in a different position I've got lots and lots of fantastic fashionable afordable quality clothes, I've never been in this position before with so much choice in my wardrobe, big big thank you to lessa and Sally who makes ljs boutique so fantastic love you to amazing ladies xx

Ordered 3 pairs of leggings from this company and knew as soon as they arrived they weren’t what I was looking for so returned them on the same day for a refund , never even tried them on, these leggings were over £42 in total, they received them back to their warehouse within 3 days but took nearly two weeks to email me to say they don’t refund on leggings !! Why there was nothing to say before they were non refundable… they aren’t under wear… so they said I had two options to order more clothes from them and they would include them in the package or pay for even more postage to send them back to me again if I didn’t they would give them to charity!!! I will never order from this company again what an absolute rip off company this is, they should be ashamed of themselves…. There refund policy is shocking so beware if you do buy anything you may not get refunded if you don’t like them… I found out the hard way and paid 3 lots of postage as well as over £40 for leggings which are crap

I have recently found this boutique. And now on my third order.I bought a pussy bow blouse.Beautiful and so flattering, I have now ordered in a different design.I also purchased some magic ripped jeans.I haven't worn jeans for years.These are so comfortable and look great.I am thrilled I found ljs boutique. I would highly recommend.

Being a curvy lady it is very difficult to get clothes anywhere these days. I came across LJ's on the internet and I'm so glad I did the clothes are beautiful I've had nothing but compliments since I've worn them but most of all it's give me my confidence back.
Leesa and Sally Tilly infact all the staff are so helpful.
I did have a problem where the wrong colour was sent by mistake it happens I rang Tilly up and says I needed it for the next day I was going out and need the colour I had ordered. She was most apologetic and sent me out the right colour so I received it the following day, you couldn't ask for better customer service.
They also have live chats from Sally and Leesa when you are on your own it is like having a coffee with a friend, stupid as that may sound.
They call it a family and that's how you feel
So if you want good quality different clothes and know that you'll be supported by a great customer service team if there is a problem then use this company.

Absolutely beautiful clothing that is affordable and fashionable. All LJ's staff are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. The facebook lives on Thursday and Sunday showcase new clothing and are extremely helpful as they are modelled by what I would describe as a real woman. The LJs community are a wonderful group of ladies and I am so glad I found them. Thank you LJs for helping me find me!

I was really pleased when I found Lj ladies boutique. I spoke with the them via Facebook messenger and took their advice on sizing and found them helpful.
I was disappointed by how poor the quality was of the clothing when my order arrived but as the trousers were comfy, I kept them.
After 2 wears of the trousers the seams in different places went. I brought 3 pairs of trousers and has happened to two pairs plus a top's collar has frayed after 1 wear.
I emailed the shop and after 72 hrs I got a reply that it was passed their 14 day return policy and I had ordered the wrong size trousers.... no returns.
I emailed back explaining I had ordered the size they suggested, that I'm not the max size of that range, that it has not happened to all pairs of trousers plus how does that explain the top issue?
Lj boutique have ignored my correspondence since.

My advice is to avoid, great customer service until there is and issue, then they are not interested.

I have been with LJ'S boutique a while now,since buying from LJ'S Boutique I have gained my confidence back in clothing and feeling lovely once again.
The clothing is absolutely magnificent quality and gorgeous to wear, I would highly recommend for any lady to buy from this boutique it's the best, there are live shows with the beautiful Sally on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm modelling the beautiful items they sell and Leesa who owns the boutique and her team will always go the extra mile to help you, I'd like to thankyou from the bottom of my heart all that you have done for us ladies, love you all and thankyou x 🥰
