Recommended for new traders!
It can be a bit intimidating to learn and use so many different tools as a beginner trader but this broker makes using the broker so clear and simple to understand. They also offer a lot of amazing resources for managing finances and planning your trading risks responsibly which is something I personally appreciate. It definitely helps to be in control of your accounts and knowledgeable about the way your money moves. Any questions that I have are answered promptly and accurately, and the customer service has been good. Overall, this is a really good broker and I would recommend it to anyone from new to advanced traders!

I like the app itself
I like the app itself, but it takes too long to load the money and the money does not load on the account all the time, I had to email just to get my money in my account. Its good but you have to do too much, its too complicated.

When either of those steps is slightly off, deposits can be delayed and require manual review by our team. The customer service agents can be a little rude. I’ve reached out twice and had the same experience. Also their AI chat doesn’t seem to understand what you’re explaining. So that can be frustrating.
