Long Time Customer Turned Victim

I have been a customer of Live Lean Today for almost 10 years. This past year they have turned into full on thieves. First they demanded payment via Zelle, then Venmo. So after being jerked around regarding method of payments on August 5th, 2022, I paid over $400. From that point on, I received nothing but crazy excuses from them not shipping my order. First it was that they were awaiting a shipment, then it was that the manufacturer changed the ingredients and were delayed in shipping the updated product, THEN it was "supply chain problems," until finally no responses from them at all. This went on until the beginning of this month (December 2022). I finally opened a formal complaint and dispute with Venmo and am awaiting that process. Do NOT risk your money with this company, especially if it involves debiting cash. Bryan Ashbaugh is a scamming thief.

From excellent company to thieves

I have dealt with with this company for aproximately 6 years. A year ago I would have given them five stars. I always got my order quickly and the product was good. However, I placed an order on January 23rd 2022 and as of this morning, August 1st 2022 I am still waiting to receive my product or a refund. On January 25th 2022 Live Lean Today debited $359.70 from my checking account. Since mid February I have gotten nothing but the runaround from them and excuses about how their product has been delayed how the ingredients in their products have been delayed and for the last month I've been promised on a weekly basis my shipment would be shipped out the following week. This company has turned into a scam they're liars and thieves; do not spend your good money with this company.

I hope Karma is Real!

I paid $160 for $20 worth of product. When I complained, they told me to send it back and they would give me a full refund. So I sent it back. That was over a month ago. I'll never see my money again. How do these people sleep at night! Karma baby!!

BAD. BAD. BAD. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

Hi, I ordered from this company before and I did have a good experience with them. I even gave them a good review. Fast shipping. Got email confirmation every step of the way. I don’t know what happened this time. I ordered my pills 3 weeks ago. Every time I check my order status it still says processing. For 3 weeks? I’ve emailed and the person who responded sent me the link to my order....which said processing. Which I already knew that. I’ve sent 2 more emails and now I’m getting no response. I think I got scammed. I’m going to have to go to the bank and talk to them about somehow getting my money back. Please don’t be stupid like me and buy from this company. I hope others read this as well. I don’t want this company to keep making money off of trusting people.

Absolutely horrible!!!

Absolutely horrible! I placed an order on 10/17 it's now 12/18 and nothing!!!! I got an email saying the product had changed and the replacement would be sent out but tracking info till this day states "label created" but never shipped!!! So I email them again and get this response:

The company is now under new management as of July 2018. New owner,
new employees. If you would like to do business with us things will be
great going forward. However, we will not pay for the last owner's
mistakes; they made a lot of them. I assure you things will go
smoothly if you'd like to place an order. Have a Merry Christmas!

So basically the in knowing took on a company with issues and failed to not only tell the customers that new management was in place but also sorry but your money is gone and please try again.... NOPE NOT GONNA GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!!!

NO REFUND...THIEVES

I placed an order on 6/15/18. After 2 weeks & not receiving the order, I contacted customer service by email. The company responded BUT lied about the products being sent out to me for a week. They finally write that the products were on backorder & would refund me my payment...they NEVER did. THIS COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY. and when you call the number on the site, NO ONE EVER answers. Its automated recording every time you call. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAMMERS

Horrendous

Found multiple bones in my chicken breasts, multiple emails sent to their useless customer support team. Which have been ignored. I have tried other means to contact them also insta/fb.

Scam Company

If you do get duped by this fraudulent company, simply contest the charge with your bank. Your money will be refunded and he will have to reimburse his bank. In addition, I encourage you to notify the Gilbert, AZ police department as I have done.

This man is a coward. If I lived around Gilbert Arizona I would send him my regards in person.

Wow a lot of idiots use Trust Pilot

I read the reviews 70% great, 20% bad. I placed a order. Got email confirmation, got a call when the card was charged and got my order in 7 business days which is how long ground shipments take. I placed 3 more orders and they all have gone the same way. I sold online for a while and understand how many stupid people use the internet. One guy on here writes. Placed a order in 2014 and got it in 10 days, Stay Away. Hello Idiot, welcome to real world. Anyway I would give them 10 stars if I could and make people take a IQ test before they review businesses. Now I know why there are instructions on shampoo.

Charged my card. Did not send product

Sent me an email saying my card had been charged. They said they would send another email saying when the product shipped. My card was charged that day. I never received another word from them. Would not return emails or phone calls. BBB received no response from them. They have an F rating with BBB. I didn't know that until after I ordered. Money lost forever.

No product, no refund

I ordered Silversword on September 14, 2015.

I received an email stating the product would be shipped in 24/48 hours.
I began emailing the company on September 30, October 8, October 14, October 23, November 16, November 23.

I always received the same response:
Dear Customer.

Thank you for your email.

We apologize for the delay. Please note that all orders are scheduled to ship on Tuesday Next Week. We have a high demand of this order from our customers so that is taking the delay only. Again we apologize for this. Once it will be shipped we will send you an email with the tracking id.

I have sent an email to the contact at liveleantoday.

I used this company in 2104 and received my product within 14 days.
Buyer.. beware.
