I ordered a dress from them in size 10 and i loveddd it! It is so pretty, good fabric, was very well packed, well communicated and shipped on time. I tried it on and I felt so Pretty..even my toddler said "wow" when he looked at me wearing that dress. Definitely going to order more from them. ❤️

Unfortunately, I've had a very poor experience with Little Madam !

I ordered 4 dresses, totalling just over £80 in the sale. These have never been received and trying to get assistance has proven difficult. I initially reached out and my honesty was questioned, although I paid the additional fee relating to postage coverage, when I explained these hadn't been recieved, I was just sent google images of my home address and the GPS image from Royal Mail. I then tried to claim through PayPal again, they didnt help and just sent the same information to PayPal.

Whilst I acknowledge the GPS location is my address, the parcel has not been received. I reached out for a 3rd time asking for help and qouting thier own policy to be told they can not help.

I am now in a position of having no dresses, £80 down and recieved no help trying to resolve the issue. I paid the additional money for Shipping Protection.

The website states, in respect of Shipping Protection "This excellent minimal cost covers you against loss, damage & theft during delivery & we highly recommend it as you won't have to go through the claims process & wait to be refunded or have a replacement sent. You will get priority service for any delivery issues" this is not what has happened in my case !

I have now had to independently raise a case with Royal Mail, with absolutely no support from Little Madam.

It seems they have absolutely no customer services or support when parcels go missing, they just choose to ignore messages or decline to help

Lovely dress quick delivery good value for money

Brilliant service. Arrived quick. The dress is beautiful for my granddaughters wedding. And a very good price.

Customer service. Had ordered a dress and the team quickly let me know that it was the last in stock and had a defect. Gave me options for alternatives, but opted for a refund which was issued straight away.
No purchase, but definitely a lot of consumer confidence, will be shopping here again.

I bought 2 dresses to try for a wedding I'm going to. Both arrived fast and both lovely. Sent one back and was refunded quickly. Good service would use again and recommend.

The dress was really lovely. Also different from anything on the High Street. Price was very good too as was delivery. Very fast. So great customer service as well.

Another element I liked was that it is a UK company based in South Wales where I live.

Purchased a dress for a recent wedding, service was exceptional, purchased on the Friday and was delivered by Saturday.

Communication regarding the whole progress was on point.

The dress received was high quality for great value and was actually much better than expected. Looking forwards to showing it off. Will definitely be looking through the shop for more dresses

Fantastic service from start to finish. This is the second time I have ordered from you this time ordering 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure of the fit.
Returning one was so easy.
The only dilemma I have now is which dress to wear to my sons wedding

Amazing customer services and quick responses. Clear advice about sizing and very clear it's a real person replying.
Dress was beautiful and washed perfectly! Air dried on a hanger as advised and it looks brand new again!

I sent a dress back , and after not hearing anything i asked for an update , my dress was tracked down and I was accused of damaging the dress and it smelling ‘slightly of perfume’ therefore not Eligible for a refund.

I was allowed to have the dress returned to me so now I’m stuck with an expensive damaged dress, that by the way does not smell of any perfume.

I sent the dress back in the condition it arrived in , I wish I had taken photos before returning and avoided being accused of wearing the dress before returning.

I’ve since read through these reviews and it comes across as the person replying does not like to give refunds and she argues back like a child.

I will not use this company again and would recommend avoiding this business if you want a hassle free return.

The dresses aren’t cheap , the quality is ok but the customer service is appalling and she is always right.

I look forward to her reply to this review.

I never wore the dress and it does not smell of perfume , you just don’t do refunds.
