Horrible overall experience with listia support personal (Listia Richard) He or (she's) been known to be very unprofessional with members. we reported them to the BB and filed a formal complaint against the company. and in retaliation, they have suspended our user account and made it where we cannot iuse the account to list auctions. written by (Listia richard) in the support emails. '
with over a Million points being held, we are filing suite against the business to reclaim our money and loss of revenue.

This review is my own point of view only. Site is pretty good regarding buying and selling and your points are guaranteed,some sellers do not send items and when you file for a refund.some members claim they sent it but never sent it with dc confirmation which is how all items should be sent. and instead of those non sending members leaving feedback on the actual trade.listia heads do let this happen.some just call you names and slander you with lies.they use feelings instead of facts.this of course is one con..second con is when you get this message...This website is under heavy load (queue full)

(seriously,how can a site give you this message. today,8-16-2025...thi has been going on for 6 hours now today alone)obviously a con also..but there are alot of great folks ,especially those with a 100% so bottom line is i give listia a 90% pro and 10% con. but when everything is smooth, site cant be beat...anothr con is the rewards.there arent any. all those do these and get points things are never ending..you click one and it never lets you get the points.that is awful..it not hard to reach out to the heads of listia..but does take sometimes days for them to get back to you..but they do reach out eventually and speaking only for me,they answered all my questions/concerns..its also a wonderful place to buy and sell(with points and sometimes monetary) all and all,i recommend this site.

"free marketplace" but after you bid and spend points on something sellers will charge you shipping. scam.

Great Website! Got a bunch of FREE stuff so far. Just takes a little patience and understanding on how the website works.

Listia is a scam. My friends and I had never violated rules. It’s when you are free member, they will foul you, then say you are dishonest without even telling people why they foul. Here, they find their paid staff write fake nice reviews to mislead people that it must be consumer own fault, or consumer is TOO GREEDY OR DISHONEST OR SCAM so being fouled, but when more and more members also got fouled, some are even paid members they banned, then you will know who is really lying to public,

One thing definitely sure is, those who write great positive and super nice reviews thanking listia are real listia employees writing, their comments should ALL be reported for NOT GENUINE

Been a member of listia for several years now. It has steadily gotten worse each year. I hate the change from credits to xnk! And, the members want everything for nothing! If the price asked covers sellers mailing costs and a dollar for the item, it won't be bidded on. I guarantee it! Cheap, cheap, members! Listia sucks!

I was on listia a couple years ago when there was credits used to buy and sell items, and we had fun on there, would get lots of really good stuff and would get alot of credits for selling items, now it seems like nobody at all is really looking at anyone selling anything, only listia selling gift cards and such, its just a real bummer, I wish it would just go back to how it used to be, probably just going to stop selling all together on there again.

Listia used to booming and now is no longer a favorite of mine. They changed from credits to XNK and Points which pretty much makes everything not worth and easy to obtain. Cannot bid for anything without being outbid or worse afford it because with what I used to have were enough credits is no longer enough and have to pay with real money to cover the excess amount. Same goes for Get It Now. The mechanics almost seem like a Penny Auction scam. Everything is extorted when it comes to real world costs versus credits. And you can argue that you sold your used stuff to obtain with credits (it will never be enough credits till you are 60 years old), but you have to work even harder to have enough credits to afford what is on Listia. Looks like Listia is being forgotten forever as I am going back to Ebay. Ebay has not lost their quality and I can earn real money there. When you contact Listia it is like "too bad too sad, the credits you got are what you got" when what credits used to be worth like over $100 is now only worth a couple dollars. I agree with the other bad Listia reviews, no one is happy with the unfair changes and it is time to abandon Listia.

I had over 1 million points, then I stopped using Listia because they changed their point system To something else. But somehow in the process all my points have been taken away, most of them. I now have 618 pts and that’s it. Any suggestions on how I get my points back?

I don’t know why so many people are complaining. I think the transition from credits to xnk was fantastic. I had about 2,000,000 xnk. The value of xnk just went up to .0089 cents. That’s $17,800. Where else can you make that kind of money in a couple weeks seeking old unwanted items. I’ve been a member since 2014 and have seen all the transitions. Customer service does suck though. It takes 3 days to move xnk to an xnk wallet outside of Listia which there is NO REASON for it to take that long.

There are some very rude people on there. You can basically bid all you want to but it does not matter due to you get over jumped. You do not make money on there it's all XNK and you have to figure out shipping on your own there is no selection for shipping. It honestly sucks! You also have to contact them to delete your own account.

I used to enjoy Listia. Then they changed from credits to something called XNK. I have no idea what that means or how to use it, so I left Listia when it changed. I decided to revisit today, but there is no information on the site as to how to convert credits to XNS, or how to use XNS (which is, enigmatically, called "ink"?). There's nothing relevant in the FAQs, there is no "contact" option, and their Facebook page (which hasn't had a new post in 5 months) doesn't even offer Messaging, nor does there seem to be a monitor or anyone to answer questions. I don't know why they had to go and ruin a good thing!

I currently am sitting on 197,015 credits because Listia and the new garbage worth nothing crypto XNK they are pushing is worth just that garbage not even a fraction of a cent. The site has the audacity to offer me just 50XNK +51.18XNK @ 3,850 credits per 1 XNK for my 197k credits which I have spent lots of money and time to obtain. I hold my credit waiting for a class action. They try to promote free when in reality I paid for all of my items to list on their website which in turn they charge a fee for said listing though it's all supposed to be free. This site is the epitome of a scam. For now I will remain anon because they have been know to track comments and steal from those who have something negative to say.
