I’ve ordered quite a few items from this company and I have to say the quality is great, which is always what I’m looking for when it comes to clothes as cheaper quality items end up costing more overtime having to replace them and the prices are very reasonable considering how great the quality is, customer for life here

I had an amazing experience with Liquor N Poker. The delivery didn't take long, and it was delivered and signed for.

I ordered the FAE Dirty Bleach High Waist Leg Jeans and a matching top. Everything fit perfectly, especially the jeans. It's so hard to find jeans that fit me properly around my hips, but Liquor N Poker nailed it. The top was super cute as well. You can dress this piece up, as I did, or dress it down.

I love how Liquor N Poker is very affordable and a good quality brand. I will definitely buy more stuff from them and definitely recommend them to family and friends.❤️

Bad Company, gave me the wrong items and took a lot of time to sent.

Did not accept my Royal Mail Tracking verification even though it was signed for and shown on the Royal Mail website.

They said they "didn't recognise" the name that signed for my return. What on earth that has to do with me is anyone's guess. I sent the return tacked at my own expense in good faith and they still made me jump through hoops to prove tracking.

Absolutely ridiculous how they can accuse a customer of this. Eventually, eventually when they knew they had no comeback they authorised my return close to 3 weeks later!!

My first and last experience.

Very bad company. 0 customer service. Very difficulty to contact the company who lie and say they have messaged you when they haven’t. Would advise everyone to steer clear of them and their shady business practices.

I ordered two jackets on 14/06/2020 and I still haven't received them.

I had previously got in contact with customer service, who informed me that I may receive them within two weeks due to the restock of the Riot Child Jackets.

I since haven't heard from LP I tried to make contact with LP over both email and the chat facility using their website (24/07/2020). I was ignored and I have had no response.

I sent a DM over Instagram which was also ignored, until I left a comment under a picture on their account, detailing my complaint and wishing for a refund. The person handling my DM was so rude, which I found highly unprofessional.

This is very disappointing as I have supported Liquor n Poker for many years, since discovering the brand on ASOS. I will no longer support Liquor n Poker, due to the lack of customer service and communication regarding my package and a refund.
