Le service client s'avère particulièrement défaillant et la communication publicitaire est trompeuse.

J'ai tenté de joindre leur numéro de téléphone, où j'ai patienté plus de 50 minutes sans obtenir de réponse, malgré l'indication de leur système qu'un interlocuteur était disponible avant moi. J'ai finalement dû mettre fin à l'appel et j'ai adressé un message via leur page Facebook, mais je n'ai reçu aucun retour.

Par ailleurs, Lipton diffuse des publicités à la télévision mettant en scène cet acteur vulgaire qui communique une adresse email pour obtenir une boisson Lipton gratuite ; pourtant, lorsque je clique sur l'adresse, je suis redirigé vers une page affichant « Impossible de trouver l'adresse IP du serveur ». Ils peuvent conserver leurs boissons, je m'en passerai sans difficulté.

I like Lipton tea for its pleasant and mild flavor that develops well during brewing. I especially enjoyed Lipton green tea – it’s refreshing with a slight bitterness that gives the drink a special touch. The tea brews quickly and conveniently, and the tea bags are of good quality, which makes preparation easy. Compared to other brands, Lipton stands out with a good balance of taste and aroma, while remaining affordable.

Waardeloze service. Ik had twee dozen lipton thee gekocht waarvan de zakjes openscheurde omdat de labels te vastgeplakt zaten. Zakjes onbruikbaar. Voor de moeite van het melden en de derving kreeg ik welgeteld € 2,89. Ze moeten zich schamen !

Bonjour je viens d'acheter le thé Lipton pamplemousse mandarine. Alors il y a aucun goût malgré un temps d'infusion laissé par mes soins. De plus il y a de moins en moins de thé dans les sachets. Vous avez perdu un client. Merci

Vous avez changé le packaging du thé à l orange et par la même occasion augmenter le paquet de casiment 1€ très déçu du coup vous avez perdu une cliente car trop chère

I've always considered Lipton a decent compromise between flavour and pricing point. But that came to a stop this morning when I tried their new pyramid bag tea for their Earl Grey Russian flavour.

This flavour used to be an excellent blend of citrus and earl grey, but these new bags make it taste extremely muddy to the point where I barely detect a taste of citrus now.

I had a single bag of the old non-pyramid variety that I brewed for a comparison test and it's clear that there's absolutely nothing wrong with my sense of taste.

So yeah, another tea brand to avoid purchasing in the future. Shame on you for listening to your bean counters instead of your customers.

Edit: I just found out through an article that these new pyramid bags are plastic. They've done research on these and found that when brewed, they release A LOT of microplastics into your tea. Holy crap Lipton, you're literally poisoning us!!! If you wanna know if your bag is polymer or not, simply burn it. If it's paper, it'll just burn like paper does. If it's plastic, it'll turn into a granule of plastic.

I call this the BBT test. To those reading this, please spread this awareness around. This is atrocious and vile.

Problème avec leur produit Lipton éléphant tisane verveine. Problème eet douleur urinaire. Réclamation auprès du service client et ils en non rien à faire. Aucun retour aucun suivi.

Changement de la recette de fruit rouge, infâme, je n'achèterais plus Lipton.

Vous venez de changer la composition du thé noir fruits rouges en enlevant beaucoup de fruits et en ajoutant de l'hibiscus : ce nouveau thé fruits rouges est tout simplement beurk.
Merci de bien vouloir remettre en service l'ancien thé fruits rouges que j'utilise depuis des années

Les tisanes ont toutes été modifiées avec l'ajout et l'enlèvement d'un ou plusieurs ingrédients. Le pire c pomme cannelle, l'ajout de figue est juste ignoble et ça n'a même pas le vrai goût de figue. Ça gâche tout de la pomme cannelle.

Avant j'adorais, mais ils ont changé la recette en France et c'est devenu terrible. Un arrière goût chimique ... tant pis ... même les marques distributeurs c'est devenu BIEN MEILLEUR

Je donne une étoile parce que c'est le minimum.
Pratiquement tous les cordons des sachets de thé Lipton yellow se décollent dans la minute dès qu'ils vont dans l'eau !!
J'ai écrit à Lipton , il faut leur envoyer des photos , des preuves d'achats , des numéros de lots etc...
Je vais à la concurrence , ça ne manque pas et c'est plus simple .
D'ailleurs je n'achète plus aucun produit Lipton.

I bought a box of biodegradable PG tips, and nearly every bag split. I wrote to Lipton's customer services they sent me an email with a link on to reimburse me. This link did not work 8 emails later and this has still not been resolved. They need to get a better IT dept or have training on customer services.

Have used Lipton Tea (black & orange pekoe) for many years but it has drastically changed. There is absolutely no taste discernable. Such a disappointment to a product that once was quality. I make a cup of tea and put some milk in it and all I taste is the hot water and milk. I opened a tea bag and it looks like whatever is inside the bag has been freeze dried.

This company has a lot of experience in tea production. This means that the probability of you getting a low-quality product is extremely low. That's why I trust this company and buy their tea.
