I placed a $65 PayPal order in February and paid for the 'confirmed air mail' as recommended. Six weeks later w/ no merch and no tracking number, I emailed them. No reply.
So I placed a dispute w/ PayPal. Immediate email reply from LD, stating that my package was 'returned to them for unknown reason'. 'Please wait longer as it has been reshipped.' My Order Number still does not bring up any Tracking number on their site.
Finally a tracking number for Hong Kong Postal is received, but the only info says that it 'left for U.S. destination'. No carrier is mentioned.
Now 8 weeks later, PayPal dispute has timed out and can't be restarted.
LinkDelight's "Berry" emails me that the package left their New Jersey facility 3 weeks ago headed for GA. THREE WEEKS?!? By CAMEL?!?
Now Berry says it 'has arrived in Atlanta and is awaiting pickup'. I ask Berry 'from where/ what carrier?' 2 days ago. No reply.
DO NOT ORDER FROM LINKDELIGHT unless you enjoy being lied to.

They have good stuff to buy, like their prices and customer service is good.

I'm very happy with everything, got what I wanted, customer service reply very quickly (and with a good sens of humor).
I will not hesitate to buy from them whenever I need anything.

I have been buying from LinkDelight for a few times and items. All the items are working perfectly, especially at that price level, you can't ask for more. But sometimes the customer service is not efficient when comes to issue. Any way, you will get your issue solved and they will offer a fair result for you. I will recommend it to my friends.

Link-delight took extra money from me after my purchase for insured express shipping. They kept the money and did not insure it. They did not pack my studio lights with any padding. My lights arrived broken. There was but a minimum of $40 insurance paid. They kept that. They promised that if I paid out of my own money to repair the goods that they would refund the repair costs. They STUBBORNLY refuse to honour their word and I have had to pay for their mistake out of my own pocket. an extra $200 to repair my broken goods. I have written close to 150 emails for resolve. They avoid taking responsibility at all costs. They are thieves, liars and cheats. They refuse over and over to honour their word and reimburse repair costs for lights that broke as a DIRECT RESULT OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I think this has been going on for about 8 months now. 8 months of an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY FROM THEM> GIVE THEM NO BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. if anything goes wrong with your order, the chances are they will screw you over. stay away.

I've ordered from LinkDelight a few times. Their prices are excellent and most of the items I've ordered have been excellent quality (their flashlights are incredible!)
The only glitches I've had are that once an item arrived in a non-working state (it had been assembled wrong) and another time an item was missing from a shipment, due to a glitch in their warehouse app. In both cases, Ruby at LinkDelight handled the problems quickly and courteously. Another time, I thought items were missing, but they had just been shipped separately from another location; Ruby also replied quickly to that email and explained the situation. Sure enough, I hadn't looked closely enough at the email giving the tracking numbers -- there were two.
I will order from them again.

I was surprised by the email with a really low price on an article that interested me. After visiting the web site I decided to try to order since there was little to be lost. The order was filled and shipped quickly and the shipment was tracked from BOTH ends with a follow-up email to check on arrival. That is the first time that I had a vendor assure arrival with an email. Excellent interaction!

I bought a bunch of items from Linkdelight. 2 items were faulty but they did everything they could to help and replace faulty parts, I trust and recommend this company and specifically "Ruby" who personally helped.
