I was looking for particular type of curtains and couldn't find it anywhere else, but on this site.I'm very happy with Dijon curtains.

Natural colour, fabric is a blend of linen/cotton, blackout lining is white, it has multifunctional strip to hang them. And it doesn't cost a fortune! They arrived pretty quickly too. I wish there was more photos on the site to see the details. But fabric is soft enough and nice to touch.

Customer service was very nice and quick to respond when I didn't receive order confirmation.

I ordered this particular fleece sheet as I was given one for Christmas and wanted another.
Sadly I did not receive the Teddy Fleece Fitted Sheet. An email at the end of January informed me the item was out of stock and my payment had been refunded. I’ll think of ordering again later this year.

I ordered and paid for 2 cushion on the website which were showing as in stock and 3-5 days delivery.
8 days later i emailed them as i hadn't received them.
10 days after ordering i received an email saying sorry for the delay, they are not in stock we will refund your money. I looked again on the website and they were still showing as in stock. Firstly, don't take my order and money if you don't have the item, Secondly, don't advertise things as in stock if you don't have them. and thirdly why did it take 10 days and an email to tell me you don't have any. and lastly don't apologise for a delay when it is not a delay it is a cancellation of my order.

Just received our cushions very pleased with them

I've purchased a few items from linens ltd in the past and overall I have been satisfied with my items. Delivery also been on time. However I've recently purchased the Catharine Lansfield duvet and have been disappointed. Even though it is light in weight. There is no plumpness in the duvet. It goes quite flat. Which when I put my duvet cover on, the sides of the cover hangs too long over the sides of the bed.

I was thrilled on opening my parcel. The colour was superb, the quality very pleasing? I bought quite a bit from your business including towels several years ago, and they are still in excellent condition"! I just wanted to add this shade, hopefully, to my bathroom and the shade was perfection. Thank you.

Sheets arrived - cotton good quality and fits the king size bed well no creases or excess.

My order was lost, communication could have been better. Order was sent out again but with one thing missing.

I ordered the following items: one white Butterfly Garden bedspread in a Double size, one pink bath sheet, one pink hand towel, one pink facecloth and a brand new double size 10.5 TOG quilt. I'm not sure that they all came directly from Linens Ltd, as the parcel took a good 2 weeks to arrive, but it was over the Christmas period so I'll forgive them. Linens Ltd were having a special Mid Winter sale offer (a certain percentage off depending on how much you spent) my percentage worked out at around 14% off the total + P&P. All in all, I paid £55.59 in total for the purchase. Excellent value & great quality.

Good value for money, nice choice. The only downside was the wait for delivery. Delivery was 9 days after confirmation of the order by courier

V quick; they seem fine but have yet to use the sheets

Easy to order but delivery took 2 weeks. Eventually had to chase up with customer services who replied very quickly advising they had emailed despatch. Bedding is very good quality and very cosy. Will use this company again but will give myself the expectation of at least two weeks for delivery

Colour nice but sheets not as smooth as I expected.

Top marks for the ease in both ordering off the site to receiving my items in good condition ( often a rarity these days )!

Very impressed with my purchase, the quality of the sheet is lovely and irons well, very good price and delivery.
