Still have not recieved my order. Places order in Feb 13th with one day shipping. Next day recieved phone call stating product was unavailable untill Feb 25th. On Feb 28th I emailed about my order. Said it would be shipped next week. It's now March 5th. Still no shipment.

Item came in very fast.

I placed my order during the x-mas holidays and I was worried I would not get my order on time. But Gazi Haider from customer service was quick to answer me and was very reassuring on my event deadline. Thank you Gazi for your professionalism and for always responding to my email.

Their customer service is excellent, goes above and beyond. I recommend shopping with linenplus. Don't hesitate to contact them for any request, as they are very helpful.

My package was quite late and I cancelled it only to have it show up a few days later. Sampati Kohli at Linen Plus has been wonderful. She arranged a full refund and simply told us to keep the items when they arrived. Thank you. I really appreciate your interest, concern and actions.

Ordered two pairs of leather gloves in early/mid December. They never arrived. I was sent an email asking to confirm if I had received them or to send them an email if I hadn’t. I sent the email. Still no response. Not much confidence in this place.

Our account manager, Sampati Kohli, has been amazing right from day one. She’s always been super helpful, making sure we got our orders on time and patiently answering all our questions along the way. Honestly, she’s just so easy to work with- cooperative, kind, and always ready to help. She’s professional but also so friendly, which makes working with her such a breeze.

Sampati Kohli is the best! We had a lost shipment and she kept me informed and updated each step of the way. Her customer service skills are some of the best I have ever experienced in my 25 years of business. Will definitely purchase again from her!

Had a great experience with Linen Plus! The package arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered some custom sized table cloths that arrived in a timely manner but were the wrong colour. I notified Natasha who advised me to box them back up & they would have someone pick up the next day & she put a rush to replace the order. Within 24 hrs it was picked up and within another 12 hours the new order was on my door step! Amazing customer service!! Thank you.

I have always had excellent customer service with Linen Plus. Although my company is small they have always over the years accommodated my needs in a friendly manner. They reply to customer requests promptly; their pricing is fair; their employees are friendly and helpful.

When I placed an order, the website showed the product as in stock, so I went ahead and purchased it. However, when I checked the status, it turned out to be on backorder, with a wait time of several weeks—unacceptable given that we needed it urgently. I sent multiple emails to cancel the order, but they never replied. Ultimately, I had to order from another, more reliable company. This was our first experience with this company, and I do not recommend them.

Linen Plus has been extremely professional, and has attended to my needs in a timely manner. I would definitely shop at Linen Plus again.

Placed order, never received. Customer service (Samati) keeps making excuses why my product has not arrived yet. Poor company to buy from.....beware !!

I ordered 36 Bottle, 4 L, Plastic since July 12 and I didn't receive them yet even after contacting support.

Update:
Few days after posting the initial 1 star review, the delivery company left a delivery notice, I finally received my order.
I also got an email from Linen Plus, it is clear to me the delivery company failed to deliver on time.
