A complete waste of £180
I knew I was in trouble as soon as the courier handed me my Luxury Giza Cotton double duvet cover and fitted sheet in a weightless parcel the size of a hardback book.
The cover closes with 5 buttonholes but only 4 buttons which are not concealed. So for £180 you look at a broken line of buttons or turn it over and wake up with a button stuck between your toes.
Didn't feel nice to sleep on so after 3 nights currently in the wash headed for the airing cupboard.
Selena, I tried to phone you but (during normal office hours) your phone went straight to email.
What kind of company does that?

Excellent service
Very pleased to find a source for fitted sheets in an unusual (continental) size. A slight hiccup caused by a stock problem was solved quickly and very satisfactory. Service was fast and quality of the sheets excellent. Happy to recommend.

Simply had just what I was after
Tremendous choice of products and all sizes - I decided to go all “Scandi” and opt for separate duvets for our super king sized bed and needed longer length - so pleased to find Linen Cupboard had exactly the right thing. They arrived promptly, beautifully presented in a linen zip up bag which doubles up now for storing them until the weather comes colder again. I had to contact customer service for one small detail - they were outstanding!

Excellent Customer Service
Purchased the Pure Cotton Mattress Protector ( bought the same product several years ago and it is still wearing well, but I have just treated myself to a new bed so thought it would be nice to have new bedding). Very good customer service. a real person called me back, rare these days. She was very helpful and I ordered the Pillow cases.

I just bought the king size duvet protector and it’s superior in every way to any I’ve had before! Expensive yes (at least for me) but worth every penny. It’s quality. The 200 thread count cotton is so well constructed. Definitely recommend this company and this product!
