I ordered gifts for a birthday celebration. I thought I had ordered in plenty of time, but when I realized they wouldn't make here in time i reached out to Lucy in customer service. She actually said no problem, I will expedite this and make sure you get them in time. Yay! They arrived in plenty of time and are gorgeous. Excellent customer service!

A personalised tote bag was order for a present for my wife for our wedding anniversary, it was ordered in good time but the time was running out.
I contacted customer services to get an update, and explained the situation.
Lucy in customer services responded the same day, saying she would sort this - and she did, the bag arrived last week for our anniversary today. - Wife loves the bag

More than 5 weeks after ordering my bag i followed up to see how much longer it would be as heard nothing since placing the order. Lin responded stating they are very busy and orders taking 6 weeks, but would be several more weeks before mine would be done. Told her i was aware of the extra time orders were taking and why ordered well in advance to have the bag for a holiday, but as it was over 5 weeks since ordering and i am in Australia wouldn't be getting it in 6 weeks. Lin was great and said would push my order through so it would leave in next few days. Thank you Lin!

Beautiful products. Purchased a personalized tote bag as a gift. The bag is very good quality and the printed initials look great.
I needed the bag a little faster than was planned with postage and Lin in customer service was able to assist me to get the bag in good time. She was very polite and efficient with my requests. A huge thank you! Will definitely be a returning customer to Lily and Bean.

The customer service I have had has been amazing I was worried I wouldn’t receive bag in time and emailed them and they responded straight away and dealt with it straight away … I received my bag 2 days after I raised my concern… and got it way before they said . Would definitely recommend xx

I received my bag and I’m so happy with my purchase. Any emails I sent were replied to and the staff were helpful.

I ordered the monogram tote bag for my daughter for her birthday. When I checked in on my order the customer service person let me know that she will do everything she can to make this happen. Her response was very quick and supportive. Excellent!

My sister got it for her honeymoon. When I saw it I was amazed how great the luggage are, so I decided to take it for my honeymoon after 3 years of my sister honeymoon hehe❤️❤️.

I have purchased both a bag and a set of cosy pyjamas from Lily & Bean and both are fantastic! I use my bag everyday which fits in all the essentials like my laptop, diaries, along with makeup etc. I also love my monogrammed cosy pjays! Dealing with customer service is easy as I had a mishap, caused by myself, and they were brilliant, very understanding and kind.

Had an issue with the recent order that was going to run late or maybe not make it at all. Was given some options for a replacement and a rush order and they were a very accommodating and went above and beyond and I appreciate the help.

I have purchased at least 10 bags from Lily & Bean to date. Ranging from their personalised totes to their beautiful leather bags, all of which are of superior quality, the leather products especially are fantastic quality and all bags come in their own individual dust bag! I would also like to mention the outstanding customer service I have always received from this company too, any questions or requests I have had and emailed or WhatsApped have always been answered straight away. Would DEFINITELY recommend Lily & Bean for anyone looking for the best service and quality!

I am thrilled with the assistance Lucy has been able to provide me when I encountered an issue. The website stated delivery would be 3-4 weeks, however, upon checkout it stated 5-6. Great, quality products and EXCELLENT customer service. I didn’t realize there was such a long lead time for my tote, and I really wanted it for my upcoming vacation. They were able to expedite it to me in time. I love Lily & Bean!

After placing my first order with Lily & Bean, I realized that the lead time was 6 weeks when I originally thought 3-4weeks. I needed the bag no later than 4 weeks due to a vacation I am taking. After sending an email to customer service, Lucy responded within 24 hours and suggested she could expedite my bag so I could have it in my hands in time for my trip! I am so pleased by the timely response and resolve of this issue and can't wait to enjoy my bag!
