The packaging for one vinyl LP is very secure.
Its fine for thin vinyl, but if you have a 180gm album or heavy card sleeve then I fin it very tight to get in.

Recently ordered again from Lil Packacking and the initial service was fast and with no issues.

We were disappointed to receive a different product. Information on the product page doesn't match what we actually got. The material change to a corrugated card has meant the weight of the A-CD envelope is now 20g not 35g and the A1 is 28g not 45g. They are plastic free which is good but I'm pretty sure they will puncture around the edge a little easier.

This change meant I didn't need to order the lighter 3rd envelope but now have anyway.

On the phone I was told that there is a transition period but as a customer we should have been made aware. If the new product is now shipping it wouldn't been that difficult to update the website. It might be inconvenient to inform customers but as a totally new product with different material (and orientation for the A-CD) perhaps they should have had a new product page for it or made a quick call before shipping.

I've started using all the packaging I bought and everything works perfectly. Exactly as described.
It's easy to use and has saved me time.
Next time I'll be organising printed versions of everything. It'll all absolutely fantastic.

First time I have ever shipped vinyl. This packaging is sturdy and very easy to use. I have had no complaints so presume goods arrive in good shape! A little pricey but I think you get what you pay for.

Requested 3 sample boxes and they are all of a fantastic quality - better than anything else I've tried.
The only negatives being, they packaged the flat-pack samples in a huge flattened packing box (I ordered 3 of the small/medium boxes!!), which, for someone looking for eco-friendly/mindful packaging was quite disappointing! Also, they charge courier fees, so the total for the postage was actually higher than the order itself.......
That being said.....the quality is superb.

Good packaging but let down by DPD delivery. Yet again DPD failed to deliver at a pre-arranged time. Then on a repeat visit the following day left the consignment at another location because the driver did not want the trouble of detouring to deliver to us. Not remotely professional!
