I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Flowers were received as requested exactly as pictured. I have used them to send arrangements locally and also nationally and have been with my friends when the arrangements arrived and was pleased to note how fresh the flowers were. I will continue to use this company.

Flowers arrived on the day and looked quite nice. Didn't really like the glittery flower but the rest were ok.

Beautiful basket of flowers received on time and in wonderful condition. Also ordered a balloon too was very happy with my gift order for a very special friend - thank you 😊

Very quick to deliver same day, and I was super impressed they followed my instructions for the cards as they were slightly naughty but cheered my friend up which is what I wanted, would only use this company from now on

My friend said her flowers were BEAUTIFUL. However, my name hadn’t been included so if I hadn’t checked with her that she’d received them, she wouldn’t have known who they were from!

Ordered for delivery on the Monday for a friends birthday. Payment taken but flowers not delivered. Nobody responded to my email when I asked what had happened. Phone line went to an answer phone message, nobody would speak to me! My friend eventually received the flowers 2 days later. No explanation or apology for late delivery. Not impressed. Would advise anyone not to use this service if the delivery date is important.

Flowers arrived at the wrong time, half were dying and the scent had gone. Not worth the money, was supposed to be placed with my fathers and my kids grandad ashes that were being buried at the graveyard with a service on the Monday, but due to poor condition of these flowers, they'd be lucky if the last two more days. The other thing is, the way they were placed into the box outside my front door, the box was ok, however the flowers were just dumped into the box, with no secure fastening whatsoever.
So I'm sorry, but my husband & I, will not be ordering flowers from this website again. Total waste of money!!
I mean I also paid extra for the flowers to come as a funeral delivery, because in a way, they were, especially as my late father only died a few months ago. And so we're still upset still.

Ordered late in the day for same day delivery. Delivered as expected and flowers were beautiful. A very happy sister in law on her birthday.
