Unfortunately I was not able to see our floral tribute as they were already in the hearse when we arrived at the church. A friend saw them and said that they looked nice.

Simple to use website, picture representations were good, next day delivery included so no hidden extras. Extremely satisfied.

Lillianrose Flowers were outstanding, when I had a last minute change to the delivery address they came to my rescue and delivered to the new address on time. I am grateful to them and
would have no hesitation to recommend them.

The flowers were for a friend who had recently lost her mum and she sent a picture when she received them.
I upgraded to the extra large bouquet and I have to say I was very disappointed. The bouquet bore no resemblance to the picture on your website.
I will not order from you again and I won't be recommending you to anyone.

The flowers were delivered in a droopy state unwrapped and the card was soaking wet. A very disappointing service and very poor product. I paid in good faith that the flowyers will be delivered as they appeared in your website and wrapped nicely for the occasion. The card was soaking wet. I’m extremely disappointed and expect an apology from your company and replacement of the flowers.

My niece, who received the flowers sent me a photo of them, i was dissapointed to see that they were nothing like they were on the website, i could have bought 2 bunches of tulips for £10,as there was certainly not a lot of tgem for the cost, also the greenery was beautiful on the web page, when in acctual fact it was very poor

Paid for same delivery - didn’t happen. Then promised to deliver by next morning - the failed to do this again. Was offered upgrade in size of bouquet but the lateness of delivery defeated the purpose of even sending flowers. Not reliable.

Everything went very well with delivery and recipients loved the flowers. I saw them a few days later and they were still looking fresh.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've never felt so angry about a company, hence this review.

I Googled a florist and it returned Lillian Rose Flowers - it was my own fault, the web site made it look like they were local and I didn't properly check.

I managed to order the flowers by phone but after that, communications were only ever via email or text. And they were clearly out of sync / being dealt with by different people. No one ever answered the phone.

I paid extra for the same day delivery. They didn't arrive on the same day. Flowers finally arrived 2 days late. I opted for the maximum floral package(£55) and I believe what was delivered was well below par!

The whole thing was just so frustrating, time consuming and seriously made me feel so angry. The very fact you couldn't call them was simply ridiculous - I'm convinced once they have your telephone number, you then get automatically diverted to a voice mail message, telling you they were closed- even 2, 3, 4 or even 5 hours earlier than their advertised hours.

It took just over a week and many many emails / texts, to get the same day payment refunded.

Avoid.

The following is the final email I sent through to Lillian Rose Flowers.

"Every single part of your service has been utterly horrific. You simply shouldn't be in business.

From a customer's perspective it's been nothing but a complete chore and so time consuming.

Sending flowers should be a really lovely and positive experience. Your company has totally ruined this experience. I wish I had never sent the flowers.

I would suggest you go and review how you operate.

Although the flowers were outstanding the delivery took all day to arrive, they were to celebrate an anniversary of a death & they were meant to make the recipients day!
