I payed for same day delivery and they were delivered the following day.

Customer service was pretty non existent. I managed to speak to someone regarding delivery to be fobbed off, oh the manager isn't in at the moment and then she said so I have spoke to my manager and she will call you back! ( But she isn't in). Did o get a call back? Shock horror no. I definitely would not recommend.

I have used your company on several occasions and the customer service has been second to none. I would and have recommended you to anyone asking for a great florist. I look forward to using you again soon.

Poor customer service and didn’t deliver everything I paid for

What a dreadful company taken 2 weeks and about 50 emails to get a refund. Flowers did not arrive. Insisted I had given the wrong address. Won't talk on the phone. Disgusted and can't even apologise for getting it wrong

Balloon arrived busted and no response to two emails regarding it.

This company`s delivery was fantastic, and the flower arrangements were SECOND TO NONE!! Lillian Rose is a name that should be in lights! the quality and freshness of the flowers were amazing, i had ordered 2 arrangements for different people and they didn`t fall short in any way whatsoever. The choice of flowers/colours/arrangements all went together beautifully , whoever arranges them certainly knows their business!
I would definitely recommend anyone to use them and I shall certainly be using Lillian Rose again!.

the flowers arrived on time and in good condition I was disapionted that I could not find out a derlivery time as we had to go out when we returned they had been deliverd

The flowers did not arrive, I emailed Lillian Rose Flowers and asked for an explanation, they did not reply, I emailed again a few days later, still no reply
I called them and they didn't answer the phone
I have now handed it over to my bank
Disgracefully way to operate.. I wont be using them again

The flowers were sent to a couple to celebrate their diamond wedding and arrived in good time, wonderful scent and they lasted for a long time - the recipients were delighted.

It came a day late(missed my mothers birthday ). My emails were never returned when I tried to find out why. I won't be using this company again. Beware if you need an urgent delivery

I ordered flowers for my sister at at 8 oclock in the morning Canadian time and she received them at 3.15 UK time i was shocked at how they got there but even more they were beautiful and fresh she loved them.

My order of orchids arrived on time. My sister took a picture of it and it is more beautiful than their picture on the order form. I am very happy with this company.
