Lighting By Gregory Recenzje

The wonderful lady who helped me could not have been more of a star. Cannot say enough, especially given it took me 1 year plus to get this part trying to work with another vendor.

LBG has taken care of my lighting needs for 15 years
They are experts and provide exceptional service
I am a loyal customer for life!

Great selection & prices

I used this store for two of my clients in the last 3 months and highly recommend them. Great variety of lighting products and lighting solutions and, sometimes even more important, a highly knowledgeable staff.
Certainly recommend them

Excellent knowledgeable people and broad array of lighting.

Had a great experience with David. Highly recommend.

Sales people just want the commissions. They're careless, don't provide important information unless you specifically ask, and don't seem to care about repeat business. I would never go back and would never recommend them to others.

We've had two good experiences at Lighting By Gregory recently. One was to purchase six new ceiling fans for our apartment. I went to the store to buy them and got good advice and service from one of their very experienced salespeople. The other purchase was online -- for new wall switches for the fans. That was fine although their online sales aren't at the level of most online stores -- it took more than a day to get a confirmation and, when I called with a support question, I was shuttled around to 3 people before I got an answer. The other disappointing thing is that, when I set up my online account with them, they sent back a confirmation email that showed both my email address and password. The latter was bad security practice. When I sent a note to their online support email, I did not receive a reply.

In sum, LBG is a good store but exercise a bit of caution if ordering online.

We receive excelllent and knowledgeable service. They were able to locate the item we wanted from our description and get it to us quickly

Quick and easy to buy, product was shipped immediately. Website easy to navigate and find my hard to get transformer. I'm going here first next time!

They were great . My order was on time , and they kept me informed on my order from the first day. There recommendations were also very helpful. Thank you .

Best selection around. Purchase went smoothly and the staff was attentive and informative, offering help with details I didn't know I needed. Bought a really cool light for my foyer at a reasonable price.

My order received extremely quickly

Sam Mizrahi gave us great service. We found most of the lights we were looking for (a large order.) If I had to suggest an improvement, It would be around better knowledge in the store on which dimmers work with which lights. E.G. We discovered that the 2 reading lights we bought do not work with our dimmers. Also, we had to cancel part of our order for recessed lights since no one in the store knew if they would work with our Lutron Grafik T dimmers (we ended up going with Lutron itself for this item). All in all - good experience

Service was helpful and had a good selection. One of the orders did go to wrong location.

Lighting by Gregory is the best lighting source in NYC. The selection is unparalleled and the support extraordinary.

Salesman was very helpful.
Shipped purchase 3000 miles away and it worked perfectly.

The consulting salesman was very helpful,
Listened to what I was saying and wrote a
Proposal for me to take home. Waiting time was minimal and he was honest to the best of his ability.

Great lighting source! Wonderful service and recommendations when needed.

Recently I broke one of chandelier glass and needed replacement, those people ware very helpful and fast in action . Thank you !
