Lightbulbs still not arrived aftyer 11 days - I am disabled and so cannot easilyn access B&Q down the road - woukd give zero stars if I couklds.

Better than B&Q
I have a B&Q kitchen with cabinet under lights. B&Q can no longer supply the spare bulbs which are a peculiar size but LBW supplied them next day. Thanks for a quick and efficient service.

Will be buying from here again :)
The buying / delivery went easily & fast - even though they mailed me to let me know that some things were out of stock - they still arrived quickly. As to how good the products are - time will tell but they are all great on first use

Fast efficient service
The bulbs arrived within 24 hours, very well packed and the delivery company were also very good, there were clear regular updates and they were happy to take specisl instructions for the delivery. Happy customer!

Seems excellent
Not used bulb yet but the delivery and packaging was secure and speedy, so I'm optimistic that the bulb will give just the effect that I wanted!

Vintage bulbs purchasing
It was a smooth experience from the ease to find the item I was looking for, the ordering and payment process to the delivery. Items were shipped the next day and arrived same day, Packing was perfect and well done so no damages to the bulbs. DPD also did a good service allowing to alter the delivery place since we were not home in the one hour slot that was indicated to us. An excellent service. Well done!
