Lightbulbs still not arrived aftyer 11 days - I am disabled and so cannot easilyn access B&Q down the road - woukd give zero stars if I couklds.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusion. The two items you have ordered are not held in stock which is stated on both of the product pages, just below the 'add to basket' button, it says these are special order items and will be 4-6 working days. We are expecting our delivery from the manufacturer on Monday 3rd July which will be dispatched on an over night to yourself. So we are looking to get your parcel to you within the stated time frame and will let you know if they come in any sooner.

Excellent service from an excellent supplier!
Having purchased from Gil-Lec on previous occasions and received excellent service, I had every confidence in "Light Bulb World" (part of the Gil-Lec organisation). I was not disappointed! The BELL PAR38 LED spotlights were very reasonably priced and were delivered in two days (this despite a prompt email from the company advising of a delay owing to items being out of stock). Excellent service from an excellent supplier!

We had been struggling to obtain double ended filament tubes for our under cup'd kitchen lighting. Found them on Lightbulb World at an excellent price. Ordered on line and they arrived. No hassle and loads of details via email about progress including when they were actually delivered to our neighbour. Will definitely use them again. 10 out of 10.

Reasonably priced, well packaged and a delivery service that is speedy and informs the customer of their product location from depot to doorstep.

Can't think of anything that I would wish to improve. Service was superb. Packing could not have been better. I suppose that delivery charges were a bit high but on the other hand, delivery was on time and well made. Thank you Light Bulb World. Your got me out of a hole!
