I bought several light set from Lightailing, and they were all of superb quality. I'm always amazed by how well put together these things actually are. Only once I got a set that wasn't fully working, and I reached out their customer service on Facebook. They replied super quickly and offered a replacement in no time. I'm super happy about Lightailing as a company, and I will definitely buy again from them!

I broke one of the lights whilst installing and Lightailing replaced it so I can still enjoy the lightkit. Great service.

Lightailing has consistently responded quickly to questions and are very helpful in resolving issues. Lights look great.

In more than 4 years of ordering and installing Lightailing products in my Lego models, the customer service I have received when I had an issue was immediate and supportive. Replacement parts, when necessary, were always promptly delivered and, as well, with my most recent issue, the instructions for troubleshooting the problem was informative and resulted in solving the problem perfectly. I have great faith in ordering products from Lightailing!

I ordered two sets of lights. When I received my tracking #, it was not working. I emailed the customer service email address and they got back to me within a few hours with updated tracking information. Great customer service. I received my order within the specified shipping time. Thank you

Bought an LED kit 18 months ago. A wire came loose and a light was no longer lit. The after-sales service was immediately willing to provide a new LED kit, without any costs. Also very positive: for current orders under 150 euros, Lightailing immediately charges the VAT with the payment so that there is no hassle to receive your order at home (in EU).

I had to process a return because this was a gift for a child. They responded quickly and were very friendly. Awesome job! If I want to get something like this for myself I know where to go.

Got helped excellently through chat. Got everything I wanted. Now hoping I'll receive my products before Christmas so I can light up my Elf Clubhouse during the best time of the year!

Accidentally ordered the wrong version of the kit that I originally wanted.
Customer service was really helpful and cancelled the order before it shipped and also very fast with the refund.

I got the lightkit for the Paris buildings as a present. When powering on, only half the lights worked and the connector got really hot and started to melt. I disconnected it before it would catch fire and got a small burn on my finger. When contacting Lightailing about this they offered no service, no warning, no apology, no replacement, nothing. Be careful!

Bought the Disney castle light kit and started building they day received. Finished it and went to plug it in, nothing worked. Checked all the connectors. Still no luck. Contacted them about a broken product, they made me send it back. And it’s been 60 days and still no refund. So not only did I lose money, I lost product and shipping return. All they can tell me is that they never received my return. USPS doesn’t track international mail once it leaves the states. Tracking number is only good til then. They are horrible. Do not recommend.

It's a shame how the company treats paying customers. After sending it twice and waiting for 4 months, the package has still not arrived. the only thing you can hear from the support is please wait

Bought one of their light kits for the Lego VW Camper Van, however ones of the wires had come loose and one of the red tail lights was so clogged up with hot glue that it wouldn't fit where it was supposed to.

Rather than try to send it back and have to wait for a replacement, I fixed both issues myself and added the lights to the model. I was very pleased with the end result, the lights look great though are a little too bright.

My issue with them was when they asked for feedback, so I said pretty much what I said here and gave them three stars. When I submitted the review I was told it had been submitted for review, and after two weeks it has not appeared on their website. In fact after checking their pages I noticed that there are only five star reviews on the VW Camper page.Something that is highly unlikely unless they edit their feedback.
