This company is a bunch of rogues. ordered one bottle sent 5
battled trying to communicate with either phone number or live chat. Returned goods waiting refund.
sent 4 more bottles put stop on my card so they could not use advised bank and company put on hold they then stopped second order but only because could not obtain funds. rogues

Don’t buy from this company. It’s a scam. Ordered one product and the next month a second lot of money was taken from bank and unwanted goods arrived.

We have been battling since November to get our refund as we have proof of the returned goods. This means they have their goods plus our money without refunding as they have stated many times .. thieves!

This is stressful and upsetting as we are pensioners.

We have spoken to customer service people from America..Australian .. Poland and NZ .. they all say the same thing. Wait 3 days…wait 7 days ..others say wait 30 days. It’s just cruel and deceiving.. we are still waiting and waiting !

Spoke to another customer support person today who said we have to wait seven days think it is time to report them as a fraudulent company

Please do not engage with these crooks … how they sleep at night deceiving people who trust them

We have kept all the documentation plus phone calls … time for Police to become involved so the people out of pocket can be rightfully compensated .

Don't buy from this company. They're outright thieves. I ordered a bottle of Somnify from them on 10/11/25. We didn't receive the bottle until 11/19/25, with no communication in between about delays, nor shipping notices. It turns out the bottle was not Somnify, but a different product. I've complained to their "support" email address twice but have received no response. I'm out $35.00. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and their state's attorney's general office.

I placed an order for my Uncle on 11/13/25. Buy 3 bottles of Cerebra get one free for $99.95, we thought what a great deal! It said shipping 4 to 7 days, great! My Uncle only had about 7 days left from his previous order. Two weeks later, no update, tracking information, nothing. Reached out via email, no response. Called customer support, the gal we talked to said it's a popular product it should be another 10 to 15 days...10 days later I send another email, again no response. Call customer support again, this gentleman said we didn't have an order, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He responded that there is no supervisor there. I asked about a refund, he basically said to take it up with my bank. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. A few hours later I call back to customer support and another gentleman answers, I give name on order, address, order #, order date ,date the funds were taken out of our bank account. He asks if he can put me hold while he researches, I'm okay with this. He comes back and says he wants all of the information again and will send in an escalation ticket and that I should hear back by the end of the week. I finally received tracking information, I'm not happy but at least it's on its way. Ordered 11/13/25 received order 12/11/25, I haven't received response to emails, any kind of we are sorry for the delay or any kind of explanation. At this point, we will probably never order from this company again, very poor communication, training of customer service staff, it is really sad that a company provides service like this.

Price for the amount of bottles was spectacular when compared to other sellers distributing Cerebra!
However, shipping time could have been improved.
None the less, I plan to order again & have already recommended your website to a number of my friends!

Ordered 4 bottles of Audiolo-G Ear Drops @ $39.95each for a total of $159.80 plus $8.95 shipping and handling on August 20, 2025. Paid with personal check. Check cleared my bank August 27,2025. Spoke to customer service September 13th and 16th and was told my order was being processed. Nothing received so September 22 cancelled order and requested refund. It is now December 12, 2025 and i am still waiting. Each call gets the same response " refund in process and will be sent within two weeks" !!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered VisionX20 on Sept 30 and have not received it. I called them and was told that she was escalating the order and that someone would call me in 4-7 days. Nothing! Their tracking on SHOP is not accurate as it reported product was delivered, then not delivered and then delivered. No product! My husband is legally blind and this product does give him some vision! We are desperate. I called today and was now told it would arrive in 10-15 days. I offered to pay overnight delivery for one bottle but she said there were so many customers orders ahead of me. They should stop taking orders and get caught up with orders they currently have. Unfortunately I don’t believe we will receive the product. Of course they have my money. I will be reporting this problem to every consumer agency out there. They do not care at all!!!

I placed an order with them on March 24,2025. I have yet to receive my order. I have phoned them on 3 separate occasions and they assured me they will mail the order I was already charged for. It’s been 6 months and I still have not received my order of AgeFX for $181.90!

I was having a problem controlling my sugar levels at night as the liver thinks that if the insulin level is low the body needs more sugar. Since I have been taking Sucra which nourishes the insulin producing cells in the pancreas the liver is no longer raising my sugar levels at night.

I ordered one bottle of Cerebra, and assumed by its price I'd be getting a month's supply.
Recommended dosage is 2 per day. Thus 30 pills is only a 15 day supply.
I will return this bottle for a refund, and buy Cerebra elsewhere, at prices similar to my last order from another company.

Day 5 today and only 2 ounces off weight.

Third time worked. First two times ordered product not shipped after several calls to customer service with the reply back ordered. Lie. 30 days delay and no response orders cancelled.

On 4/11/25 I placed an order on-line for the VitaliG, Best Deal, buy 4 bottles and get 2 free and requested express shipping. My son is being treated for prostate cancer and I felt VitaliG might be good for him. When I received the package on 4/22 and there were only 2 bottles in the box although the packing slip showed 4 plus 2 free. I e-mailed the company, no response. I called the phone number given to me for customer service 3 times and spoke with Benny on 4/29, 5/14 and 5/22 who said the product would be sent in 4-5 days each time. I paid $172.95 for the 4 plus 2 free bottles and only received the 2! I called the phone number shown for the company on my credit card statement and got a message that my call couldn't be completed as dialed. This company has serious shipping and customer service problems. Buyers Beware!

This company totally took advantage of my mother. Whom originally ordered Bao+ product, In there mailer they state you can make"2" payments and they will honor it. Well they cashed BOTH checks when one check was written to post that month and then the other the following month. They deposited both checks and sent her the wrong product which was Age FX in which she did not order in the first place! I called to speak to supervisor to get a "return label" and was never connected to supervisor only to call back in 4 to 5 hours with Beni (Customer service ) basically repeating the notes that was taken when they spoke to my mother and was hung up on as well. Told him why is she shipping back at her expense the product she did not order? He then tells me that no shipping label ? I said why not ? It should be ease to generate a shipping label. HE then repeats what was stated to me the same conversation they had with my mother when she called and I as well was told to call back 4 to 5 hours. They then hung up on me.
They told her to ship the product back and they will send her the corrected order ! It is ashamed that she can not get this resolved and only on her expense let alone paying for product she did not order in the first place. It is horrible customer service and total misleading let alone basically stealing when they can not even resolve this issues!!
