This is the second time I've used Lifebroker in the last couple of years for my Income Insurance and the service has been absolutely brilliant.

The Consultants (Sharfaraz now and Kate in early 2019) have an amazing knowledge and understanding of the products and patience to do a comprehensive review and come up with the best solution.

I needed to provide further medical details for an income protection application. They offered to call at a time I suggested but then failed to call. I suggested another time and they failed to call again. They then rang at a random time and when I missed their call failed to leave a message or direct dial number. Frustrating.
