I contacted Vishal initially to amend my Life Insurance and thanks to his knowledge he made me aware that I could actually make a claim on my trauma Insurance for a previous medical issue. I was unaware of what was covered under my Trauma cover so I suggest that you check what could be a possible under your trauma cover.

Lifebroker is 100% owned and operated by TAL, Australia's biggest insuer. It's essentially a lead generation business for TAL. So there is a massive conflic of interest from the outset. Don't be fooled by the friendly advisors and the appearance of independence. Comparisons of competing insurance providers are highly unlikely to be fair or impartial.
From three separate comparisons unsurprisingly TAL was the cheapest (and recommended) policy on each occassion. The moment you realise you've been suckered is when they increase your second year premiums by 20% and the once friendly advisors don't want to know about it. Insurance companies would disown their own mothers to make a buck. Know your needs and approach the insurers through a truly independent advisor.

The approach is professional and efficient. Chris is listen to what I want.
