I upgraded my membership from a trial…
I upgraded my membership from a trial to a gold membership. Payment went through. Still on a trial membership when I log in. Sent two messages to their customer service. No reply. The "live chat" they have on their site is really just a message, no live chat at all. I guess I will have to contact my bank and have them cancel the payment. Not happy at all.

Hi Dan, So sorry to hear about this, we always try to do our best to look after our customers, occasionally we don't live up to our own high standards. Our old site was very antiquated and caused problems and we have launched a new platform which has solved these issues.
As a UK based SME it is sometimes difficult to man our chat 24/7 but we now have a dedicated team that will respond to enquiries and avoid issues like the one you experienced. All the best LL
You will be playing in minutes
These videos are awesome and easy to follow along and you will be playing something at the end of your session. I have never had issues with this company they are responsive when you have questions. Will continue to purchase many more dvd's in the future.

Great Tutors & Easy To Follow Lessons
I was looking for beginner guitar lessons and these guys have a pretty cool range of Absolute beginners lessons which have helped me enormously! Great DVDs and easy to follow lessons from Danny Gill!
