Really good quality

I was delighted with my complete shopping experience at Liberty in Love. The quality and design of their products is absolutely exquisite, being in a class of their own.
I bought one of their gorgeous Silver Feather Boleros to wear to my Son’s Wedding which complimented my dress and accessories beautifully while receiving many wonderful compliments.
Lastly but not least the professionalism and support from the staff was astounding, I am extremely appreciative of how they made my whole shopping experience one of absolute pleasure.
I would highly recommend Liberty in Love to any future Bride, Wedding Guest or anyone looking to add timeless elegance to their attire.

Awful quality earrings. I ordered Detroit crystal double drop earrings. The metal work behind the gem is too large and is more visible than the gem when worn. The metal work which goes through the ear is far too thick so the earrings can’t sit properly. The metal is brassy, not appropriate for bridal as they advertise.

I ordered two wedding sets one for me mother of the bride and a set for my daughter. All jewellery was lovely. When I asked a question about my bracelet length it was answered quickly.
Would recommend to friends and family.

Very impressive customer service, the jewellery I ordered was for my wedding day and straight away I was contacted by Customer services to say my chosen pieces were slightly different colours and asked if I wanted to amend the order and gave me suggestions. Very attentive and loved the items, which arrived beautifully packaged. Very impressed.

I spent a considerable amount of time looking at all the wonderful jewellery. Such a lovely selection and able to mix and match pieces to complement my wedding dress perfectly.

Lovely shopping experience

I ordered two pieces from different collections to be worn together. They were kind enough to reach out and let me know that one was rhodium played (darker) and another silver plated. In addition that the pearls were a different shade. They were so attentive to my order to ensure that this was what I wanted for my big day. I was very impressed as they also suggested suggestions (cheaper and more expensive options). Absolutely would order again. The people here really care about the customers.

Absolutely wonderful company. Everything that’s on the website is absolutely gorgeous and such good quality. On top of the beautiful stock, the staff are absolutely outstanding. They noticed I had ordered some jewellery that didn’t match perfectly and instead of just sending it to me they contacted me and explained what had happened and suggested other options and made a refund for the difference in the price of what I ordered instead immediately.

I absolutely loved my wedding accessories and had so many comments on how lovely they were.

Very attentive company with gorgeous products. I had an issue with royal mail and Tabby was so helpful chasing up things from the supplier and I was so relieved to get this last minute order in time for my wedding day. Highly recommended!

I have received excellent customer service from Tabby at Liberty in Love. I’ve ordered a veil which is slightly bespoke and she has been amazing at dealing with my request and making my vision come to life! I can’t wait to receive my purchase in a few weeks!

A slightly protracted return process that seems to have been a genuine mix up, what could have been a negative experience has been turned around by Tabby's genuine and heartfelt communication and efforts. While the item wasn't right for me, once Tabby and the team were aware of the challenges I'd been having, they couldn't do enough to resolve.

An issue that I had with a bracelet (not I hasten to add in any way the fault of the company or the manufacturer) was resolved quickly and beyond all my expectations by Tabby and the team. Fantastic customer service! I would highly recommend

I experienced fantastic customer service from Liberty in Love. I ordered the incorrect size and it was replaced without any fuss and in a really timely manner. My products (bracelet and earrings) are beautiful and represent great value for money. Would highly recommend.

I bought the vintage drop down pearl earrings and they look gorgeous!
Unfortunately they are so light that they won't stop swaying with the slightest head move (as in they jiggle alot!)
One even squeaks which is annoying.
So I won't be wearing them to my wedding. Maybe a dinner date or something Where I wear them for a couple of hours instead.
The back is very hollow and looks cheap compared to the front which is stunning!

I ordered pearl earrings and necklace set for my wedding @ £60 and although the packaging is very expensive looking the earrings look they are from Shein! The earring backs are cheap and nasty plastic. The necklace isn’t as long as stated either. Feeling ripped off I could have paid £10 for the whole set off Shein.

I ordered a fur wrap for my wedding but was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time due to it needing 2 weeks to be made and postal strikes. I spoke to someone from customer service who spoke to their suppliers about rushing this through for me. I had a phone call a couple of days later from a courier to set a time for it to be delivered that day. Can’t thank this company enough
