From the very beginning Kim couldn't have been more helpful, she was very informative, knew what she was doing and kept in contact every step of the way. She was very professional and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had our loan approved within a couple of weeks, with paperwork signed sealed and delivered. Sadly, all Kim's hard work went to waste as our seller backed out of the sale of the house we were meant to purchase. But I would not hesitate in recommending Kim to family and friends and will definately be back in contact when we find our next property.
