An absolute scam. They tried to take £845 from our deposit, and when disputed they presented falsified evidence. They framed a £280-worth furniture upgrade, which I left in the flat for free with the landlord's written approval, as damage to the original furniture. They produced a most likely fake cleaning receipt for 6 hours of professional cleaning while their own move-out report mentions zero cleaning issues. I have seen another review here describing the same pattern. If this happens to you too, please reach out so we can make sure this behaviour is stopped by law.

Rakib Mohammed was great to work with and the onboarding and offboarding process was smooth. Made what could be stressful seamless.

I have had property managers call to check in on the smallest details and they have been very understanding in times of urgency and need. We had an extremely negative experience with Let UK Home. They took over management of our property partway through our tenancy, so we had no choice in appointing them. Upon vacating the property, they made excessive and unjustified charges. We raised a dispute through the TDS, during which they submitted what appears to be a fabricated receipt to claim replacement of items that were already left behind by previous tenants and were effectively rubbish.Based on our experience, we strongly advise exercising extreme caution when dealing with this company.

I rented an apartment at 4 Merino Gardens through Let UK Home, and my experience has been excellent. The apartment itself is great, and the agency has been incredibly supportive throughout the entire process, from moving in to handling any matters that arose during my stay.

This agency has no proper communication channel to deal with tenants. From the very first day, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The property handed over to me was in an unacceptable condition — multiple repairs were pending, and the house wasn’t even cleaned before I moved in.

I was also told to collect the keys from their Paddington office without any prior notice, which was completely unreasonable.

Whenever I raised issues or complaints by email, they would only acknowledge the message and then do nothing. No follow-up, no resolution, and absolutely no accountability. The only thing they seem to handle promptly is sending monthly rent reminders.

Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic responsibility has been incredibly frustrating. Even 0.5 stars would be too generous, but since that option isn’t available, one star is more than enough.

Customer service is super good and the place is easy to find
