And it wasn't one of those generic, impersonal responses: it was one that was well written (polite and professional), relevant and clear. In it, I was given a schedule of the company's intended actions and also a timeline for the delivery of the item I was after.

Everything that I was told came to pass. (I was even sent an update message to confirm things were on track.) I received the item on the day it was promised and everything appears fine - although, if it hadn't, I am confident that LDG would have assisted me appropriately.

It was refreshing to have a transaction so capably handled. Consequently, I have no hesitation either in recommending this company to others or in using it again myself !

I ordered through Amazon a couple of TVs from Letsgodigital. The TVs have been fine but I have had a problem with one of the remotes just outside the standard warranty. I contacted Letsgodigital who said as it was so close to warranty they would replace this free of charge for me. Excellent service thank you. I wanted to leave a positive sales review on amazon but it's too late to do that now. So on here instead. Thanks again.

Ordered some speakers from Lets Go Digital in July as they seemed cheaper than most other websites. Was a bit dubious at first, as I never had heard of them.

However, the order was promptly dispatched and delivered next working day by ParcelForce. The package was was even wrapped, which is a nice touch as most other companies just slap a delivery label on the box. Would definitely order from again in future.

Accurate description (Samsung HW-MS550 Sound+), easy checkout procedure, excellent communication and prompt delivery. Half the price of Currys. What could be better?

TV Recorder arrived on time - couldn't get it to work so Go Digital exchanged it and the new one still didn't work. It transpired that my Mum lived in a TV blackspot which was absolutely not the fault of Go Digital. They waited for us to have a new aerial fitted and it still wouldn't work and yet, despite the passage of a lot of time, they still organised the refund promptly. They really are an example of an excellent business that always puts the customer first. Thanks Guys.

Ordered a Samsung UE55J5500 55" TV for £599 (including free delivery) which was £50 cheaper than even the nearest competitors. It was delivered yesterday by interlink express which came with full tracking so very happy with delivery. I've got it all set up now and the TV's brilliant, i couldn't be happier, i'll likely be buying from them again. Cheers!
