We were really struggling to find a tandem seat for our silver cross buggy and silver cross advised they stopped making parts, we found Lesters nursery world who happened to have exactly what we were looking for, Liran was so helpful and got the seat sent out to us so quickly! We were struggling to decide on a pram but went to a few pram shops, we still couldn’t decide! Came to this pram shop and Lauren instantly greeted us with a lovely smile and was so so helpful. Lauren went above and beyond to help us decide on a pram, she even went upstairs to get brand new carrycot and bag down in the colour we wanted just so we could be sure it’s what we wanted! Nothing we asked her to do was too much for her!! 100% recommend going looking for your dream pram here!!

From ordering initially and having a few problems, the team helped me get everything sorted and put my mind at rest about the schedule of delivery, they rang me upon request to tell me the item had been dispatched and were extremely helpful.

As a fostercarer and I was needing a newborn travel system. When I rang Saturday afternoon to see if a curtain item was in stock to pick up ASAP the guy I spoke to was very professional and efficient on making sure the items were all in stock and ready for collection when I needed. As arrived at shop, I felt a very warm friendly welcome. Collecting my items was amazing and secured with an extra hands for loading into the car. I would reccomend Leicesters nursery 110% the experience, customer service was the best I've experience. I will be definitely back for more purchases.

We can’t rate this business highly enough. We got some bad advice from some high st chains on prams and would have bought totally the wrong one if we didn’t come here. They let us try putting some in our car boot and gave us lots of great advice. Also seem to have much better deals than anywhere else. Making all the decisions on baby stuff is stressful but they made it enjoyable!

I bought a Bugaboo pram rain cover from Lesters and unfortunately it fell apart after a couple of months. Of course this is not Lester's fault they were just selling the product but when I emailed them they were super efficient in getting a replacement sent. I would definitely buy from them again as a I thought this was excellent customer Service.
