We have had and still get a great service from Lesar. Everything has run smoothly and in good time. We have never received an order that was incorrect or incomplete. Great communication, especially Elly - who is a star.

All orders we have placed came incorrect
Not sure why but last 2 orders were wrong
Unprofessional, unhelpful company, had to wait long time for refund for mistakes they have made. Sent wrong id cards holders, lanyards and ribbons for printer.
Person who took order couldn’t care less, tried to charge me for delivery as well even knowing orders over £100 are free of charge.
Got all supplies from new company.

The support team are always so helpful, Elly in particular! I have been trying to print off ID badges for two of our schools this week and she was fantastic in helping me with the master template, design and updates with the photos. It is always appreciated, especially when you are not that tech savvy. Thank you Lesar!!

Ordered some stick-on parking permits from Lesar and couldn't be happier with the result. Found out we had actually used them many years ago before I took over responsibility, and in fact I used them for some other bits before too. Tyler was great in responding to queries and the product looks perfect. They were able to take the design we asked for without any issues.

Evan Russell called me to discuss my recent order as my old machine seemed to be faulty so I purchased a replacement. When finding this out Evan spent time giving me advice and managed to fix my previous printer and resolved the issue completely! the honesty and professionalism shown from this employee is a great credit to his company. Meaning I would go nowhere else to order supplies in the future. This company clearly doesn't just take your money for the sake of it and genuinely wants to help their customers as this saved me over £600. Thank you!

The justification is that there have been frauds, but the company itself does not send the orders correctly, it took 1 month to send an order, and after paying, the others canceled it, I always use the same card since the first order, so this justification is not valid !!!! Do not buy from this store, after purchasing they send the order incorrectly and then issue a refund!!!! I don't recommend it... order 53705670

Sufyaan was a great help, has helped me couple times in the past and has been excellent every time, has good mannerisms on the phone and explains what he is doing well.
Also, very knowledgeable and managed to find a solution each time. defiantly deserves recognition for his hard work for the company.

A great consumer experience! I was unsure what machine to buy so used the online chat where Evan went through the options available for my use case then found me a really good deal on an ex demo model of my chosen machine. Purchased at 3pm, received the next day at 10am. Not being very technical I was apprehensive about set up so contacted support where, Evan again, took a lot of time to help me. I am really happy that I chose Lesar for my printer and would recomend them to anyone

Evan was great throughout the purchasing process, answer many questions and recommending the right printer for what we needed. I had my set up training with Yahya who was so patient and understanding when I was having technically difficulties during the process, due to my company and blocks on downloads. The whole system was explained in such a manner that I was able to understand each step and found the experience overall very pleasant. The support team answer first time every time and I've had no problems getting intouch for support when needed. Thank you very much!

Had issue which was causing me problems. Contacted Lesar support and they came back to me immediately and the level of support was first class. Yahya could not have been more helpful and is a credit to his organisation.

The Lesar support team is so helpful and goes above and beyond to get the job done. I would definitely recommend using them for any technical difficulties you may be having. One member of their team called Sufyaan in particular was just absolutely great.

Years of supplying my company, delivering the next day without fail, never had any problems until recently. Good product but disappointed to witness their services deteriorating. Placed an order which was delayed because of staff shortage, then 3-4 days later notified that delivery failed at 11am because our office was closed. Checked with receptionist and CCTV, no sign of any attempts at that time or on that day, seems like a petty attempt of an excuse from the currier.

The thing that tipped me over here is that Lesar refusing to refund postage, because it’s not guaranteed apparently (then I don’t understand why charge me for next day delivery). Oh, and ignoring emails is their new thing too, last one I sent two weeks ago still without reply.

It worked out in the end, because it made me look elsewhere where I managed to find exact products supplied by other companies at a cheaper price.
