Horrific company particularly the Northampton league, my lad was badly injured after a thug side targeted him, after complaining we were practically laughed at. Look out for terms and conditions as they con you into paying if you don’t give two weeks notice.

For starters the referees don’t know much about football at all and are friends with the players of opposition teams, they have next to no structure at all nobody really seems to know what’s going on. After leaving the league they will force you to pay £80 and try threaten debt collectors and upping the debt and are no use over the phone at all total job worths there’s a bloke called Shaun who runs the Worthing league he’s one of the least intelligent men I’ve ever spoken to and thinks he can get rude to 16 year old children as he lives a very sad life. Please never use this league again the reviews already should tell you what you need to know save your money and your time trust me don’t make the same mistake.

Poor, had a game cancelled, in their terms it says the cancelling team pays the full fee. We paid ours. They offered a friendly bearing in mind the friendly was a result of another team cancelling so they will have paid the full fee. Then they expected full fee for a friendly. So they receive 3 full payments for one game played. We couldn't make it due to the team changing plans because of the cancelled game then expects full payment. Joke of run league

I would give it a 0 if it was possible. Not even the staff pitch side but the customer service. Trying to rip people off and threatening them. Disgusting company

Awful business, poorly run. Lots of money for 20 minutes of football

No control over the teams, non existent customer service. Run by a very rude lady who can only be described as a bully

If I could give zero stars I would, can't be bothered to write about them, it's just awful, exactly the same as soccer sixes, just want your money.
There's better organisations out there, Mansfield Mind FC is where I've gone, less money, more football and it's 9/11 aside, no brainer really. Leisure Leagues are money grabbing bullies.

We’ve been playing in a Leisure Leagues 5-a-side league for a few months now and the standard of refereeing and player safety has been extremely concerning.

There have been serious injuries happening almost every week and the referees appear to have little control over the games. In several matches they’ve barely watched key incidents and often seem unaware of what has actually happened on the pitch.

One player in our league suffered a snapped ankle in three places and the referee didn’t even see the incident. Situations like that make you question how closely the games are being monitored.

When players raise concerns or ask referees to deal with dangerous play, the response often seems to be immediate bookings or sending players off. It feels like any complaint is treated as dissent rather than being taken seriously. On top of that, fines are issued for being sent off, and there are warnings about debt collectors if those fines aren’t paid, which doesn’t feel fair when the underlying issue is poor officiating and safety concerns.

I have personally contacted the organisers multiple times about the standard of refereeing and the lack of protection for players, but nothing appears to change.

In our most recent game, a player jumped on my back and forced my head towards the ground during the fall. The referee didn’t intervene and instead sent me off when I asked him to deal with the incident.

At the end of the day this is supposed to be a recreational league where people come to enjoy football, but player safety should be the priority. Until the refereeing standards and handling of dangerous play improve, I wouldn’t recommend this league.

If the small print were in bold and highlighted clearly, you wouldn't have any customers or business.
The management here are unprofessional bullies that force you to play every game - if you dont, they threaten you with a £35 fee. If you try and leave? They threaten you with a £70 fee. If you dont pay? They threaten with debt collection. Terrible company!!! MAKE THE SMALL PRINT T&C BIGGER SO PEOPLE ARE FULLY INFORMED... NO ONE IS GOING TO READ PAGES ON PAGES OF T&C FOR A GAME OF 6-A-SIDE.

Happy to take your money, referring encourages players to fight. Lots of teams just turning up to fight one and another. Would not recommend to anyone who has to get up for work the next day.

If I could give 0 stars I would the games are always late by 5-10 minutes due to the unexpected referees because of there faults they deduct this from your game time which are already short,the goals are crap it’s such a awful experience this was the gravesend league at kedbull leisure go elsewhere this is not enjoyable and the worst setup I’ve ever seen avoid !

DEBT RECOVERY?! REALLY?!

Tried to leave the league as we were unhappy with the services and they threaten debt recovery, has anyone else had this experience?! What an awful company to deal with.

Team @ Borrusia dormston not interested in playing with each other and are happy to criticise others but not criticise themselves.

Not only this team members couldnt be bothered to show up for a fixture and didn't bother to let me know they weren't coming so I was left stranded and wondering hopelessly trying to find them only to find out they couldn't be bothered to attend and let me know they weren't attending. No excuses, poor communication from team and managers for not informing me of this.

Leisure Leagues is hands down the best small-sided football league I’ve ever played in! From the moment you sign up, everything is professionally managed, making it easy to get started. The communication is excellent, with clear fixtures, league tables, and regular updates.

The matches are always well-organised, with FA-accredited referees ensuring fair play and a competitive but friendly atmosphere. The quality of the pitches is top-notch, and the equipment is well-maintained, making every game enjoyable.

One of the things I love most is the structure of the leagues. Every week, there’s a real sense of competition, with league standings, top scorer charts, and even Man of the Match awards, adding an extra level of excitement. Whether you’re playing for fun or taking it seriously, there’s something for everyone.

The sense of community is fantastic too. The teams are a mix of experienced players and newcomers, and the league welcomes all abilities, which creates a great social environment. Plus, the prizes for winners and runners-up make it even more rewarding!

If you want and enjoyable and well managed game of football then avoid Leisure League! I've been involved in a couple of teams, and we are all disappointed in the management of games played and situations that have arisen. Here's a couple of examples that have NOT been dealt with firmly or appropriately in recent months.

- Racism towards one of our players
- A chokehold, that could have killed one of our players without intervention

Rules are made up as they go, and changed to suit themselves throughout. There is zero room to reason with any officials or management, which often causes any situation to escalate rather than de-escalate.

Save yourself the time and money, and invest elsewhere.

This company is literally the dregs of six a side football. As others have said and I can attest to myself the moment you consider pulling your team out of one of their leagues, they will threaten you with debt collection and massive fines. Furthermore, the equipment that they provide is cheap and poor quality. The footballs They use for their games Might as well be bought from a pound shop.

None of their leagues are affiliated with the football association which means you get people playing who have been banned from regular football usually because of violence. It also means that any violence that happens in their leagues has absolutely no consequences.

To conclude, avoid this company at all costs.

So much to say and so little time, and since they don’t want to look after officials that look after them then I have no time to actually bother writing anything worthwhile.

Terrible leagues ran by organisers who you can only describe as dictators!! Leisure Leagues there self have no control over these organisers either. If they don't like how you look then they will get you kicked out of the league. Discrimination in its finest form.

Just pure greed these days. Made our birchwood lincoln pitch which has 3 full 6 a side pitches into 4 pitches. That means everything is sideways and too small to enjoy. Feels like toddlers pitches. The fee per match hasn't been reduced, that's a lot more money for leisure leagues. They don't have time to set up properly either. Whilst most the refs down they are decent blokes, even they agree... How is this better for the players, where is the incentive? Cash cash cash all they care about these days. Really hope teams pull out

Left the league because they were throwing out “points matches” left right and centre. They even had to have a 2 week break mid season to find new teams to cover the teams that had dropped out and guess what… first match back was a points match!!

Now they are saying we are liable to pay for 2 weeks because we need to give 2 weeks notice and now they are talking about “debt recovery” it’s £38 a game and you can’t even get us proper matches just points matches

Why should we give 2 weeks notice when you can’t find us proper games to play?
