Terrible Terrible experience bought 2 jackets from LeatherUp they sent the defective jacket the first time, and my brother's jacket they sent the wrong size and when I called them to have them rectified, they said they didn't have the correct size. Also took advantage of situation by over charging my credit card.

Good prices, but immediately after placing my order, I wanted to cancel. I was told it was already too late to cancel and would need to ship it back. That's fine, but it'll cost me $10 to return it when I should have been able to cancel from the get go. The XL size was too tight to fit comfortably and that's why I tried to cancel. I selected the wrong size by mistake and it cost me $10.

My order came as expected and my fiance LOVES it!!! We went out for breakfast the following morning and he was so excited that several customers complimented him on his jacket. Thanks for being SO PROMPT!

It did not take long to get in the mail. I got just what i order.

Love the jacket. Website, ordering, payment was easy to do. Only challenge was the shipping piece. Received a ups tracking number, that showed the label was created but the item had not been received by the shipper. It remained that way For 4 days and i contacted customer service. Did not get a response. Item was delivered 2days later. Not sure what happened. That was the only glitch. I will use leatherup again
