Sorry to hear that you had problems with delivery to portugal. We've decided in light of a few incidents like this to try switching to DHL for European shipping. We're constantly monitoring our deliveries to try and find the best combination of price, reliability and ease of use.

Full marks on service.
The service was excellent. My item arrived at 10am the next day. My partner was delighted with the item and has now added the site to his favorites. No doubt I will be purchasing again in the very near future.

fantastic product, very very quick delivery.
the reason for the low rating is due to the fact that this same product with the engraving and next day delivery could have cost me 50 POUNDS LESS on another website.
not sure why leathermans.co.uk is so expensive.
50 quid, thats a lot extra, was gutted when i found out.

Purchased a Leatherman Wave multi tool. Found the website to be informative and easily navigable . Staff were very helpful when dealing with a telephone enquiry. Very fast and accurate delivery
The red Leatherman squirt arrived on time. It's a slightly darker red colour than expected, but otherwise an excellent product.
