LCN are always so helpful and are usually easy to get hold of someone who can assist with any problems. They are patient and able, even with a hopeless luddite like me with very little understanding of the technical aspects of computers etc.

I’ve been using LCN for years, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service. Recently, I completely redesigned my website and ran into several issues: emails not coming through, compliance problems, pages not displaying correctly after an update, SSL certificate errors, and outdated content showing instead of the new site. Although their support documentation mentions that fixes can take up to 48 hours, every single issue was resolved the same day, usually within just a few hours.
Their team was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly professional, kind, and patient. Rohan handled my technical issues quickly and professionally, resolving them efficiently without any back-and-forth and polite at all times. Whether I contacted them via email, phone, or (in the past) live chat, their responses were always timely and helpful.
