This is the second time I’ve been requested to review a bed from Laywell beds…… now, if only I could!!! ! I’ve never received the king size divan I ordered on 27th Feb with a 3-10 day delivery estimate. I’m an optimistic person and had hope when I got the prompt to review as I believed it had possibly been dispatched, however sadly it clearly hadn’t so why on earth I was asked to review is a mystery or a clever scam! Please never use this company as you won’t ‘laywell ‘you’ll have nightmares instead!

Please don’t part with your cash until you thoroughly check the legitimacy of this company. I ordered a king size divan on 27th Feb with a 3-10 estimate on delivery…….. still waiting, as in previous no reply to emails and absolutely no communication. It’s a sad day that companies feel it’s ok to take money from people and give zero service never mind goods. Again 1 star as couldn’t give less, nor could they!!

Ordered a bed back in 2022 and its has been great, mattress still in great use. I've now ordered another one on 18th March but had no update or information regarding delivery and I've emailed a few times and messaged the chat and had no reply. I'm hoping to hear back from them soon and hopefully recieve another good bed from this company. 🙏

AVOID!! Cheerfully ordered away online a standing headboard. Didn’t think anything of it, website says 3-10 days. I patiently waited a month. Nothing, no correspondence at all. Tried to call and email customer services. Not one reply. Luckily i got it through Clearpay who also tried to contact them, they got no reply either. So clearpay have refunded me. I am now under the impression it is a scam company because that is exactly how they have acted. I can’t believe the 5 star reviews are genuine

I’ve been trying to get in contact for some time with this company and nobody is actually responding to emails, messages on shop app or phone number, I’ve ordered a bed from you guys and on the shop app says that I will be receiving the bed in 3-10 working days it’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received anything not even an email or any kind of confirmation, I will be seeking a full refund if I don’t receive my bed in the next few days, I also messaged Laybuy as I bought the bed through them. My order number is #2695, maybe I will be getting an answer from you guys here.

I don’t trust this company, they took my money 20th May, to date no bed and no communication on delivery, there is no phone number, very unreliable and untrustworthy, I will be looking at all avenues to report to the FCA and with action fraud. I have asked for a refund no response.

Very disappointed with the product quality and service i have so far received. I expected much better to be honest after recommendations from friends. My ordered bed has a broken drawer which has been obviously bent and damaged in transit/storage and wasnt seen until it was unpackaged. The fabric on the bed is thin and therefore not durable or fit for purpose and was wearing away in places already when it arrived. I am now waiting for contact response from customer services to have this faulty item collected and a refund issued whilst hoping i am not stuck with this over the Christmas period. Overall extremely disappointed.

Package is now 3 days late, been told they missed me at 9am and said they will drop off next day after 12, package still not here and I have not been able to get hold of anyone

A week after ordering I haven’t even received a confirmation of sale email from them, their phone number is out of service and all I want to do is cancel the order! I’ve sent email after email still no response, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SHODDY LITTLE COMPANY! Also let me just add, I have just been through the reviews, everyone that tells the truth about this company are dealt with rudely and abruptly by them saying they’ve sorted it out or arguing with the customer by trying to embarrass them! I also believe the good reviews are fake, I’ve reported them to trading standards and action fraud and I’ve just contacted BBC Watchdog! There has been loads of complaints to trading standards, they told me, also they do not have an office in W1 as I went there today, it’s a mail delivery place for companies that don’t have an address in London! They have a lock up in Bradford! The one person who runs this Ltd company is RAJA WASIM AFZAL and the lockup in Bradford is their correspondence address of BD4 0PP, yes I’ve done my homework! Well Raja let’s hear your response on here??? Lol lies and more lies to cover up your fraudulent company! BEWARE CUSTOMERS
Update!! The day after I posted this review I got a full refund and the message you see underneath, it’s a shame it took me to out their whole business to get a response out of them! YES THEY ARE EVERYTHING I SAID THEY ARE, BUT THEY GOT FRIGHTENED WHEN THEY SAW I KNEW SO MUCH ABOUT THEIR SHAMEFUL BUSINESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR YOULL END UP HAVING TO WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID!

I ordered a bed I have not had any updates and my bed has still not arrived
