When I first saw your beautiful, affordable elegant dresses I was in awe. Very very nice! Fast delivery. Exactly what I saw is what was delivered. Delivered in a careful package.The quality is top-tier, styles are trendy and timeless, and customer service is thoughtful. I was very happy with it.

First time ordering from Lavetir. Everything went smoothly! The color is exactly what’s shown online, the sewing is neat, and no loose threads at all.Good prices and good quality fabric! I highly recommend and will definitely order again!

Please please please heed my warning and do not order from this company. There are no returns or refunds of your money. They will give you 18% back for a return. To get more money, you ship it overseas on your dime then you pay a “restocking fee” of 33%. Please do not order anything!

My outfit is absolutely beautiful. The first one I ordered didn't fit. I let the company know and they helped to get the right size. They took my measurements and made me a custom outfit with no hassle no run around nothing, and they got it back to me in time for the event! It was amazing and I'm and so happy with the clothes and the company! THANK YOU!

I’ll admit, I was scared to order from this site. It did take a month which they are upfront about but dress came and it’s beautiful. Take the risk if you don’t need quickly. Well worth the wait.

Submitted my measurements for a custom order dress. The dress arrived and was sewed exactly on my measurements, meaning they made a dress the same size as my body, rather than adding allowance for a dress to FIT a body with the measurements given. Their solutions: Option 1 —30% Off for a New Dress with no time limited(Recommended) [I wonder... Why would I order a new one when THIS one didn't fit?]
Option 2 — 20% Refund for Alterations
If a small adjustment could make the dress work, we can offer a 20% refund to help with local tailoring. [No one local has this fabric. How will they make this dress bigger?]

Per Google: When submitting measurements for a custom dress, you should submit your actual, precise body measurements, not the measurements of what you want the finished dress to be. Designers need your true measurements to apply the correct "ease" (extra space for movement) and to ensure the garment fits correctly, as they are professionals. There was no EASE added as confirmed by their own measurement photos provided. And now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit.

To make matters even worse, they finally agreed at at least at 65% refund, and days later after seeing this review, they offered 75% and then full refund…. Only if I took this down. I’m making sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My girlfriend ordered a dress based on their terrible size chart thinking she could get it altered to fit, to find out that their sizes are way larger than advertised. Ordered a dress to find out it was 2 sizes bigger than what she had ordered and requested a refund for them to tell us that the 2 options were to take a 15% refund or a 30% off coupon for our next order. We should have used Azazie instead where you can prewear the dress to see if it fit then from there find the ideal size and order a dress. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy. This business model screams scam.

Wish I could give them a zero. I placed an order on 3/23. After more research, I found a dress I preferred more from another site. I submitted my online cancellation within the 24 hour period. I head nothing. I submitted the request a second time (within the 24 hour period). Again, I was ghosted. I tried calling their number...it is a fake number. I finally sent an email to customer service and they say this was their first email from me. yes it was my first email. but not the first cancellation request. someone on their end is not managing the cancellation forms. I am very disappointed. If they fix this and refund me fully, I will update my review.

This evening gown exceeded my expectations! I was nervous ordering online, but it's even prettier in person, The material is soft and not see-through at all, the design is elegant and flattering. Shipping was fast and well-packaged. I got so many compliments at the gala - definitely will shop here again for formal events!

The sizing of the Chinese company is off. They won’t exchange for a larger size, and will give you 20% of the price back if you pay an absorbent restocking fee and shipping back to China or New Jersey.
They simply want you to keep an ill-fitting product and give up on expecting a refund.

It was such a pleasant surprise to shop here for my prom dress. The quality is excellent, the shipping was quick and safe, and the website layout is easy to use. The personnel was really courteous and helpful. Without a doubt, I will return and shop here once more

Currently in the U.S. and ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses. Dresses never arrived. Ordered 2 over 2.5 weeks ago. Didn’t receive a tracking number when it shipped as promised and had to chase that TWICE. Finally got tracking sent and it says the dresses were signed for/ delivered yesterday and they were NOT!

Never received anything!!!!

Do not buy from Lavetir- this vile, lying, predatory, scam of a company!

I ordered a mother of the groom dress from Lavetir. when it arrived I tried the dress on and it was perfect. Color, style, fit all perfect. I used their helpful measurement chart to determine the exact size and it fit like it was made for me. I can't recommend Lavetir enough. The only thing I suggest is to use expedited shipping. I didn't, which caused me some angst, but the dress arrived when Lavetir said it would! Great dress and great service, I highly recommend! Thank You!!

I purchased a long blue suite where the jacket goes to your ankles with blue dress pants. What I received was a blue hooded sweatsuit, it literally didn’t even come close to the picture. I feel like they sent me the wrong outfit it was so bad. After sending pictures, they offered me a 30% refund or I could return it for $50 shipping cost???? Are you kidding me! This is horrible customer service. You sent me the wrong item and I have to loose $70 because of your mistake? I did nothing wrong here! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered over 3 weeks ago with standard shipping for my grandmother, under her name.

Payment processed but we do not have the order number and have not received a confirmation email or text. No update whatsoever. Only communication is via email and I’m still waiting on a response.

Very disappointing experience.

I paid to have my dress delivered quickly. Not only did it not arrive in the set time but I was not able to even get a response from this company. It has been 3-weeks now since I cancelled my order, and still no refund.

Opted for personalised fittings, free of charge, the dress were the perfect size for all 3, very different, bridesmaids. Very good quality too.

I wished there was a 0! Absolutely the worst products, worst customer help, incorrect return information, and overall horrible experience! I would never recommend buying anything from this company!!!

Shipping was so much faster than I expected! I got my size wrong, but because it was a lace up back I was able to cinch it to fit my curves really well. It was gorgeous and I got a lot of compliments.
