Ordered some wallpaper on the 13th of this month, and then worried because of some of the reviews about delivery, I needn't have worried, delivered safely this morning, in good condition, exactly as ordered, thankyou!!!

I’ve been outstanding two sofa deliveries since March. They seem to be the only company not delivering bigger items at the moment. We are likely to be social distancing for a long time yet. Why can’t Laura Ashley find a workable plan to deliver these items? I’d pick them up myself if I could.

No direct contact with LA throughout the process but they delivered as expected within the 2 weeks stated when i placed the order.
The light fitting is beautiful and the prices were fantastic.
I hope they can sort out the financial issues as LA are our first port of call for home furnishings.
No communication?, no delivery
I know times are hard at the moment , but I do most of my shopping online , with a wide range of selllers?.Other companies are managing to get orders out with minimal delays, so what is wrong with Laura Ashley?, why are they so bad?
They are actually using the current crisis as an excuse not to operate the advertised customer service phone line 😳.I have filled in two online contact forms, , neither have been answered, despite being sent an automated acknowledgment . With other companies, you might have a longer wait but at least they answer in the end.I strongly feel that the surviving online side of the business should be legally prevented from taking any more orders and taking any more money from people who have ordered in good faith . It’s appalling , thank goodness I paid with paypal.

Nightmare would not recommend
Have been waiting on 2 orders from them for about a month, assumed orders were slow due to high volume etc, heard nothing from them so emailed them a few days ago to ask for an update, emailed me back today with an email that was meant for someone else (addresses someone else at the start of the email) basically saying they wouldn’t ship to Ireland and will not be processing the order, still took the money from my account for both orders and their website does not state it won’t ship to Ireland once, very disappointing and not acceptable.

I tried ordering things from my bedroom refurbishment but nothing is now in stock and they’ve taken my money and I haven’t received any products, it’s been nine weeks so far so not holding out any hope that I’m going to be receiving my new duvets and cushions and pillows shams any time soon.

Have sent a couple of emails to them, the first went unanswered the second stated they weren't sending goods in sequence of orders because they were so busy.

finally arrived
Ok so after 5 weeks the paint I ordered has arrived! Perfectly packaged and complete and not damaged. Ok so the wait was seriously long and well over the 14 day timeframe but all things considered the administration, covid and skeleton staff who are probably really worried about their job positions or even whether they will get paid, I’m happy that they are still packing items well and must be working through orders as fast as possible. Think it’s frustrating that they are continuing to take orders but then again, they are struggling so desperately need the cash flow in order to have a hope of continuing to trade. Top
Marks, I’m really happy because the paint quality is amazing and nothing really compares to the finish it gives. Thanks again! Fingers crossed everyone else gets sorted, just remember the staff are doing what they can but it is VERY difficult circumstances and it’s not the fault of the staff.
Don't bother ordering at the moment....you are in for a long wait
Very frustrated, ordered some paint on the 17th April, the money was taken 2 days later but the order still has not arrived. I understand these are difficult times as others have pointed out LA should not continue to take money and orders, if they can't provide the service give up now! It's a shame I've always liked LA but their service is really letting them down. The lack of communication is disappointing, nobody operating the customer service helpline, no answer to emails and very minimal information on the website about the delivery issues they are having. It's clearly lack of organisation as plenty of other companies are managing to take orders and communicate with customers.
Success - my paint has arrived!
I ordered a tin of paint in late March. I ordered another of the same paint in mid April. The first tin arrived last week and the second tin is coming this afternoon. The carrier is DPD and they need to take a photo of your package with your front door open!
I did send a couple of polite emails and received similar responses to the other reviewers.
Have faith - I suspect your goods will arrive.
PS Their emulsion paint is second to none in terms of coverage and appearance.

Still waiting for an order to be delivered from April. Sent emails and no response and you cannot contact them by phone. Sounds like this company is going under yet still taking orders and money

I placed a light order in March 2020 had a receipt to say will be sent in two day’s. May the 11th still no future communication no response from customers services the demise of the business is totally unacceptable looking at the way they treat people , I have put my payment in dispute with bank and will NEVER use them again, they deserve to fail as a business. Avid at all costs.

Unfortunately I ordered paint mid April and yet to receive it. I understand they are in administration and with COVID19 the pressure is really on - however - they are still advertising a normal lead time when they know they can’t do it. I received a response today (after 6 emails) to say that my paint that I ordered about 4 weeks ago will be delivered in “a few weeks” time but they can’t say when.
Disappointing.
Don’t order unless you want to wait over a month (at least) for your goods.

I ordered my goods a month ago. Can you advise where they are please or can I have a refund. The lack of communication is an utter disgrace.
If I don’t hear from you in the next few days I will cancel the transaction via my bank and if that’s not possible I’ll contact the police. I’ve now emailed you twice and tried to call three times. I appreciate there’s a pandemic on but if you accept the order and take customers’ money you have a duty to at least communicate with us.
