I have never before and never since actually been yelled at and treated like total trash than the unhappy cow manager who took my complaint (as a personal attack on herself, apparently) at La Senza Eaton Centre. Their products are garbage, which is why they're always on sale from those ridiculous overpriced prices. You can't get anything for bigger than a D; they have bras for people who don't really need bras, support, or proper construction. Plus their pin-up marketing is fun in a trashy way, if that's what you're into, which it should be if you shop here.
Did I mention I kept a grudge against the store for the absolutely emoitonally abusive way I was treated by their "MANAGER"? garbage.

I ordered from La Senza and the items are great, just improve the packing otherwise it’s great.

Placed an order a couple of days ago, payment went through and confirmation e-mail received from them. I hadn't received anything about the order being shipped so I contacted them several times. Useless agents, have zero clue what customer service is. They told me that my order was cancelled...after asking the agent to explain to me why it was cancelled several times, she just said that they were having system issues. That isn't really my problem, but they now want to me to place the order again, whilst the prices have gone up and some of the stuff I ordered is now out of stock. What a disaster of a company! Will never use them again.

I bought a whole bunch of panties, they have terrible quality. I used to buy from them like 6 years ago and the quality was acceptable, but now is it just terrible. You put it on and they get stretched and loose their shape. I have had many other panties that do not loose their shape. They are useless

Заказала белье на крупную сумму . Мне его не доставили ! И не отправили форму для паспортных данных! Писала постоянно на сайт La Senza мою почту поставили в спам ! Я написала в службу доставки и узнала , что мой пакет был отправлен обратно продавцу! Начала писать с другой почты , а так же на фейсбуке и только после кучи писем мне вернули деньги и высчитали 1300 руб налогового сбора ! Я не получила свой товар , потратила нервы и ещё и лишилась 1300 рублей! Наглость и ужасная служба доставки! Это мой последний опыт покупок этого товара ! Орден : 400051846 Трек : 6001003062624

I had 2 call them to get 2 place order. As Site Was a Disaster.
Never was able place order as girl spoke 2 SARA was totally rude nasty condescending fasciious patronizing. Had no clue what she was doing. Fire Her & FIX Site

What's going on with the website. My preference? I'm giving you my preference and it's still doing it's own thing. The pop up is annoying !

Very bad service. Order 400046112 2018-02-03 to Moscow was lost and all info canceled from system. Service are not answered

The goods were horribly packed. They were just stuffed in a satchel with no protection. The cups of the bras could easily have been crushed and damaged.

The pricing was good and my wife was happy with the surprise present.

If the order was better packed I would've given 4 stars.

DON'T BUY LA SENZA !

ALL the sizes are WAY to small and you have to pay the shipping back to them while many other brands don't ask you to pay for that! It's totally unprofessional.... Plus, it's so hard to make a return. I had to go on their "return policy" to finally have the link to make the return. So hard to contact them too.

Very disappointed with la senza. made a purchase of several items to the UK, I bought some really nice things from them many years ago that were of such good quality, but unfortunately they closed down all shops here in the UK. Delivery was very good and quick, but the items were of such bad quality I sent almost everything back. Even primark is better than this. the materials are extremely cheap, the underwear very ill fitting. I actually had to laugh at some of the things I tried on,impossible to actually put on despite me being quite slim and the item was a one size fitting all? is there nobody in that company who checks how this looks like once worn??
Quality has decreased from 10 to 0, I still have the items from about 10 years ago and they are still perfect, including bras and real silk kimonos.
Return of the this order cost me 12 pounds, since they advice to send it recorded. Will never buy again!

Very unpleasant experience. Don't waste your time and money with them. One star is too many for LaSenza!!! I will give no star if I could.

I placed order in Black Friday. The items are not as expected, so I started return process. They don't offer free return, I have to pay for shipping. Half a month later, I didn't get return confirmation indicating they received my package. I contacted them to find out what has happened. Even I wrote three times that I shipped by USPS, they asked me for UPS tracking information. I didn't keep my shipping recipient, thus I'm not able to offer it to them. Then no matter I said, they just repeat that they cannot do anything without my tracking number. The result should be that I lost my pajamas as well as my return shipping fee.

Placed on order on Black Friday and have yet to receive the items ordered.
Initial order was sent to incorrect address and returned to sender, this after I had called on 3 different occasions to enquirer about my order and having confirmed my mailing address 3 times. I then received an undertaking from customer service that a new order would be placed on my behalf and shipping expedited. No package received and a follow up call to LaSenza has now revealed that the order has been cancelled completely.
I am disgusted at the total lack of interest this company has in its customers. Will never shop there again

I received and experienced possibly the worst service today. I walked in to the St Laurent location , was not greeted by any staff, was not supplied adequate service for employees were busy chatting at front cash and trying on bras. And repeatedly ignored. I leave today with nothing I intended to purchase and pure disappointment.

La Senza emails....harassment....I unsubscribed at least 3 times, wrote twice to customer service to have my name removed from their email list and filed a verbal complaint since I was still getting emails. Guess what? I still get their emails....if this not harassment...

Such a difficult website to order from. I tried for almost an hour but it would not take me to the payment screen. Then when I tried to contact them with my feedback it would not accept my feedback. Such a waste of time.

Rude, unfactual, unreliable customer service. Have not yet received a refund although items were confirmed delivered 3 weeks ago. Bra sizes inconsistent, cost me a fortune to return them due to sizing problems. Never again.

I would prefer to give this company no stars. They were hopeless at answering my queries, refunds were not issued in a timely manner, their sizing guides were totally out. It was a terrible wasrenod money and time. Never again.

I have never had such trouble using a website to buy something in my life. This is my second attempt. The first time, there was no way to get to the check out. Now it won't let me get to the payment screen. So after spending about 30 minutes shopping, I have to give up because this website just truly truly sucks.
