Returned some items In January as husband had bought me the wrong size they received the items back mid January we are now in June 6 months absolutely disgraceful we have been contacting them said they would refund waited 10 days nothing contacted again they said ohh it hasn't been authorised properly or some bull still waiting to this day I'm in the process of contacting the ombudsman as this is basically theft now I honestly have never come across such a terrible company I will never use again and will be advising all friends and family to avoid them like the plague Awful........

This company is a SCAM.

Returned items were received in JANUARY. It's now JUNE and they STILL haven't refunded me. "Apologies, we have process that for you. Please wait 5-10 business days" for 5 months! What do you do next? Go to the police? BBB? Ombudsman? What do you do if a "big" company just flat out refuses to send your money back, even though they agreed to do it?

AVOID this company like the PLAGUE. Never dealt with anyone so unprofessional and fraudulent in my life.

This is a SCAM. Pure and simple. Be careful if you do not want to lose your own underwear with this FAUX retailer. I have a feeling that they speculate with their client's money :)

It has been impossible to unsubscribe from this website. At least 4 requests over 3 weeks, and I am still getting emails every few days. I would NEVER order from here just because of the annoyance.

As has been said, DO NOT ORDER IF YOU MIGHT RETURN AN ITEM/ITEMS

I returned all items from an order. They returned a portion of the amount I paid, and told me that their system said I received the full amount and instructed me to contact my bank. I did, and American Express explained that they had no control over the returned amount. Both myself, La Senza, and American Express Canada are all in Canada so it's not a currency problem.

A month goes by with promises to get back to me. They supposedly sent this off to the finance department. Sure. I've heard from NO ONE.

This is the worst customer service I've EVER received from a retailer.

My order arrived earlier than expected, although I was worried it wouldn’t arrive after reading all of the negative reviews. I’ve found that the underwear is true to the size guide and fits perfectly (I used a tape measure to check before ordering). I’m pleased with my purchases and everything feels very comfortable. I did think the postage was expensive but it’s free if you spend more than £60 so it a worth putting a big order in to qualify for the free postage.

Too bad I can’t give them 0. They are the worst customer service. I placed an order December 2 for a Christmas gift and I still haven’t received.
They don’t even know where it is.

Put an order in 3 weeks ago and still haven't received. Hoping l get before Christmas because they are gifts for my daughter. Should of ordered from Amazon

Waited 2 weeks for an item that was supposed to be delivered on the 12th of October. Messaged customer service to track down my items and got a response saying "we understand you might have gotten help with this issue already." If I had, why would I bother emailing you? Waste of time.

My items finally arrived 3 weeks late, with no help at all from LS customer service other than "eshopworld will email you when shipped."

The items arrived damaged and USED.

USED BRA WITH OBVIOUS SWEAT STAINS. (It was a white bra!!!!) Damage on the bra pad that looked like it got scratched and stepped all over with dirty shoes. If I could up load photos I would.

I used to love shopping with them in person but I cannot support this company if especially during Covid, they recycled
their used returns like this. The bra made me feel physically ill.

Awful. 3 weeks later still waiting for my ‘lost’ parcel

Order never arrived! no customer care what so ever. Call centres all abroad and charge loads. I'm glad I paid using PayPal because at least they were able to refund me.

I ordered online. The products arrived all was fine. However they added me to their mailing list, after receiving a lot of spam from them I followed the unsubscribe button to be removed from mailing. They continued to send emails. I did the process again, this repeated more than 10 times so I emailed them to request to be taken off, no response and still reviewing 2 emails a day from them. I have now unsubsvribed 15 times and emailed 5 and have not had a single response but do get spam twice a day. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS!!

Order from them June 2020 and never received tracking info for my package. Over a month of trying to get actual response to my query and not the generic reply, they couldn't find it either and issued a refund. Tried again in August and it was the same story. Response time is HORRIBLE and my orders were never tracked, with no explanation as to why. WASTE OF TIME.

It's been a month and I haven't got my things yet. And did not reply for my email. Poor service. Not recommend to buy their products.

Quite surprised at the reviews here but guess it’s usual for people to complain... personally find their garments fit extremely well

I Phoned customer service because I lost my gift card they wouldn't do anything to help me. I had a credit card receipt the dates they didn't care. They're a horrible company and I will never buy anything from them again.

Terrible service. Emails do not get responded to. I ordered underwear online a month ago, paid $30 in shipping. Have received no tracking number or updates of where my
Order is. Countless emails sent to la senza and no response. Will never ever purchase from this brand again. Disgraceful

I have been a loyal customer to La Senza for 7 years, but I usually go in-store to shop... with the pandemic I can't get to a store so I decided to order online.
first I never got any emails after I ordered about my tracking number (I paid for tracking) or any confirmation email for my order. After a month went past I emailed them asking where it was and they told me it had been delivered to me 2 weeks after I ordered it. It has taken 2 weeks for me to finally get them to give me a refund on my order and they didn't even give me the $10 for the tracked shipping.

La Senza are not replying to my emails regarding my package that has not arrived. It was ordered on 03 April.
