Very easy to buy and install. Shipping was not very long and I installed the new key without any problems

l got the "A"key for my laptop but it was black and l needed grey. l sent an email to them on the 14th December 2025 to see if l could get a grey one instead. As of today 27th Jan 2026 l have not received any reply to my email. Correspondence seems to be non existant.

Super easy and worked perfectly!

Very long delay in getting package with tracking information showing that it sat in one place for 3 weeks. When the keys arrived, they fit correctly but didn't look like the keys they were replacing in that the placement of the letter symbol on the key was very different from the original.

My interaction with Laptopkeyreplacements was fantastic! I ordered a replacement key for a Logitech ComboTouch iPad folio case. I ordered the wrong one by mistake. Reached out to the customer service department and they not only sent me the correct key, but did so for only the cost of shipping and handling for the replacement. CS response was quick and concise. I sent in a picture of my keyboard with the key missing and within a few hours they identified the key I actually needed. Overall a great experience and a company that I would recommend, as well as use again should I need replacement keys for any of my keyboards.

Was really surprised by the quality of key replacements. Everything fit snug and perfect. If you somehow managed to mess up or break your key caps on your laptop like I did, I would highly recommend this brand. Very much satisfied.

My key installation was successful and I’m very pleased at not having to replace a $90 iPad keyboard. The correct parts were sent, installing was a bit of a challenge as it was first time for me to do this, it took a little patience, but between the YouTube videos which gave me the basic idea and a magnifying glass which allowed me to see better what I was doing, the job got accomplished. My wife has the same keyboard with 2 keys missing from being dropped, I will be ordering those shortly, now hopefully hers can be repaired too !

Website is super easy to navigate, had no trouble finding the exact key I needed for my specific model laptop. Shipping was quick and not too expensive. And the key was a perfect fit! I never realized how often I need the Backspace key. lol :D

I ordered a single keycap and hinge. Although I did receive the parts in about 10 days, there is NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Need to ask a question and expect and answer? You have better luck asking a rock. I needed to confirm how long until my order would ship because the order status was stuck on “AWAITING FULFILLMENT” for about 3 days. Sent a message on the website and even a separate email. No response whatsoever from either. Ultimately, I opened a case with PayPal thinking I got scammed. Glad that I didn’t though.

TLDR: You get your parts in a reasonable time, but there is no communication at all. Only thing you’ll get is automated order confirmation emails.

The replacement key was perfect.
Now I can use my keyboard again (and I do not have to buy a completely new keyboard ). Also the installation instructions were also very helpful. Thanks, I am very happy!

Amazing! I was losing my mind when several keys broke right before my university finals week on a computer I didn’t think they would have the key of (Asus ROG Zephryus), but they had it and it was PERFECT! Installation guide also saved me!!

I ordered a replacement key for my logi craft keyboard, which I was pleased to find listed on their site. However, nowhere in their installation guides is this keyboard listed, so I had to watch several installation guides and figure it out myself. After several tries, I got it to snap into place, so I'm happy that it actually fits, just not happy with their installation help.

Easy to order, only company I could find online that had keys for my model of Logi Combi Touch (M4 Pro 13). Great tracking, took a long time but I’m in the UK so guessing international transport and customs didn’t help. Overall super happy with service (would say a little over generous with provided tools!!).
