I have just used Lanoguard on my pampered MX5. Easy to apply and didn't make a mess on my drive. The supplied grease was useful for the heavier components and bushings etc. I will re apply in 12 months, as recommended. Only time will tell if it works, I guess, but I feel sure it will add extra protection to the elements.
I took my time applying it, over the course of a couple of days. On the second day, the application gun failed! I mentioned this on the website review and unprompted, the Lanoguard team sent me a replacement. It's not everyday that you get such excellent customer service.

Excellent product for rust prevention, easy to apply and durable. Bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, no problems with the application if you keep it warm, easiest treatment I have used under my trucks.
Appears to have coped very well with its first winter on farms.
Just resprayed this spring.
Would recommend.

Lanoguard is a great product. I took it to my local garage to apply the underside of my Jaguar. I have only dropped 1 star because of the bottle sprays blocking up.
We used a pressurised bottle, filled up with all the Lanoguard and was much easier to spray without clogging.
I can drive my car now in all weathers, knowing it is well protected.
Buy this item with confidence, but maybe use a better spray bottle.

I use Lanoguard on my 2008 Alfa and 2002 MX5. Its very easy to use, fast coverage, 15 mins per car. They both sailed through the MOT. I( usually do them twice a year.

Up to now I have always used Waxoyl,Now I've tried Lanoguard, Lanoguard is not petroleum smelly,and not so obnoxious, although it does smell like your local zoo giraffe house for a while. Lanoguard doesn't cover up all your nice bits with horrible gunk and it does seem to neutralise rust pretty well.I shall have to see how it ages.It goes on really easy.I think I'm converted.Thanks

I used to use dinitrol on my pickups but when I bought a new hilux I decided to try lanoguard. It was so easy and quick to apply and so far it's holding up well. I've recently purchased another container to reapply another coat as it's recommended to be done annually. I would definitely recommend it and have.

Have been using Lanogard for a couple of years now on my Navara and is the best rust protector by far, used it to protect bolts and nuts on new wooden garden furniture bolts still look like new.

There is good and not so good with this product. The grease is a very good product and has good staying properties, it though due to its viscosity doesn't creep so no good for crevices. The liquid is better for crevices but after a few months it's been washed off by spray, pressure washing or even road debris so you have to redo this treatment at least annually. It's also far too expensive and the cavity applicator is a joke. It looks good on initial application but a under a year later its all gone and corrosion has started again. There are other lanolin based products that last for 5 years without reapplication and are cheaper and that's what I'm now using.

I have used lanoguard on my ssangyong rexton, a full bottle did it all the underside including tip & bottom of the fuel tank, very impressed & will be doing it again before winter just to make sure

Can’t fault this product, I’ve bought this a few times too cover 3 vehicles including a van. Living in salt covered roads and next too the sea, this is a must. Sparky a tow bar 3 years ago when it was new, it’s still like new nice and black so this proves it works

I have just purchased my first 4x4 (not a new one) and wanted some kind of under seal treatment, I then saw “Lanoguard”. Ordering couldn’t have been easier and I was kept informed on delivery (very friendly people) on using I couldn’t be happier !! goes on a real treat with no horrible smell

I paid £90 for the 2ltr kit with 2 spray guns, applicator bottle and cavity injection wand.
The product itself goes on very well and soaks into the rust and crevices and dries after about 48 hours.
That's the good, the bad - its expensive for what you get, the product needs re applying every 12 months, so not a one time job as with a product like bilt hamber for example, the applicator spray guns are frustratingly intermittent, and the cavity lance is next to useless for rust proofing cavities, it squirts 4 jets at 90 degree angles, you need a fine mist spray to get coverage.
I contacted Lanoguard before reviewing the product and was advised it was a faulty spray lance,(its not faulty its a pipe with 4 holes drilled in the end) but to get a replacement i would have to contact the 3rd party i purchased the original kit from - who were very helpful. They advised that the lance was working correctly, it is supposed to spray 4 jets and not a mist pattern.
So in summary - the product itself does the job and applies well, the spray guns when working give a good mist coat, and injection lance (the main reason i bought the kit) is useless.

Come on lanoguard ! this could be a great product if you sort out the sprayers.

Would i buy again, no i would stick with Bilt Hamber.
