Thank you. We are sorry you don’t like Royal Mail, things are extremely slow in Europe at the moment and it’s actually Italia post that is slowing things up. The customs cost again is set by your own country for imports not us as shipper. We try communicate as much as a possible but once It is with Italian customs we are powerless I am afraid. I hope this explains the situation and thank you for the sale! Ben

Delighted with the work that arrived
Hi there,
The work I bought I absolutely love, always a worry buying something on-line, but the photographs were very accurate. Delivery was as promised and the canvas was very well wrapped. I am really pleased with my latest purchase, which I look at every day, and intend to buy again.
Thank you.
