Clean, tidy and very helpful.

Really great service. Can’t fault them. Had an issue some months after installation, engineer came within a few days and resolved it; can’t be better than that. Aesthetically they have changed the whole vibe of our house and everyone loves the inside outside feel.

After my initial request for a brochure I was sent a speedy reply which clearly explained the ordering process. Received a follow up call later. Not a hard selling technique and that was very refreshing.

Angie is a legend. She looked afer me a few years ago as I had 2 Iris Units installed at the property, that are still working fantastically well for us. Looking toi get an addiitonal one installed this year and again she is seeing what she can do for me. Excellent Service.

This an excellent space to have. We have had several impromptu parties and drinks with family and neighbours under the "LANAI" and it is great that the roof closes automatic if any rain drops.

We have had our Lanai "IRIS" for a while now and feel that Lanai deserve some acknowledgement of their quality product.

We ordered our "IRIS" immediately before the first Covid lockdown. Who could have guessed what was coming next! The factory in Italy then closed, as indeed did most businesses. We were concerned and I contacted the MD who assured us that all would be well.

True to their word, once they reopened, our "IRIS" was delivered on time and complete, as promised. Good start! We were impressed with the professional and focussed way that they set about the job, whilst also being friendly and cheerful. I recollect saying at the time that they were a credit to their employer. They certainly knew what they were doing.

Some six years later, after a yearly good wash to remove the Winter grime, we can say that the "IRIS" looks as good as the day it was installed. I make a point of operating the motorised slats, at least, on a monthly basis to keep things nicely freed up and everything continues to work as it should. We were warned that when the slats are closed, they are not intended to keep rain out but to date, we have found it does in fact provide excellent dry shelter and we have sat outside under the closed roof many times whilst rain is falling without any drips coming through. We opted to have a motorised side screen and this has proven useful on windy days, reducing the impact of the wind as well as helping to stop wind-driven rain.

All in all, it is fair to say that our "IRIS" is a quality product and can be recommended without hesitation. We love it!

Excellent service, efficient quote system and follow up and well mannered on site when erecting the canopy, clean and tidy team who did so and really good follow up after fitting. The product itself has been brilliant really adding to our outdoor experience throughout the year.

Hello we had a Lanai room added to our house. To say we are pleased with it would be an under statement. It is so bright and admired by all that sees it. The quality is 1st class. Weinor the German manufacture produces a top quality product. The team from Lanai were on time with the putting it up. So Thank you Lanai for a Great job

I had a "granny annexe" built, which is quite small. After I had the Lanai veranda added to the property, I enjoy the extra covered space for all sorts of reasons. I have somewhere to sit out without being in danger from pigeon strikes, and I can hang out washing to dry, even if rain is threatening. It's also an excellent place to put flowers and grow plants. My biggest problem is keeping the glass roof clean, being under a big cypress tree which sheds bits all year round and hosts roosting birds, mainly pigeons and crows. I'm still pleased to have my lanai, despite those.

We are currently waiting for our order to be completed but the process thus far has been top notch and utterly satisfying.

After several years trying to find the right solution for my 5m x 4.5m patio area, I had installed a Gibus Pergola with a retractable roof from Lanai Outdoors. It provides shade to my East facing living room to protect it from the sun. It also gives an additional outdoor room in the summer. The Pergola looks great and is really good quality. It’s now just over a year since our Lanai Iris Pergola was installed, so we’ve had a good amount of time to get to know it. The robustness, quality and style cannot be disputed. It looks and operates as good today as the day it was installed. The process of planning, surveying to mm accuracy and installation was incredibly professional and credit is due to everyone from the Lanai Outdoor team. They exceeded expectations at every step. The Iris has added an extra dimension to our garden. It’s a practical and luxurious outdoor space that we can use year round and wouldn’t be without.

We inquired about a glass room they sent us a hard back brochure and not just a down load like other companies.i then had a telephone conversation which was very explanatory and helpful. All through out our dealings they could not do enough for us
