Wrong product. They appeal to your sense of decency to fix their mistake. Unilateral actions. They leave you hanging without any notice. Completely unprofessional.

So you wanted to avoid making the same mistake again—meaning sending the same incorrect product once more? That implies you are unable to distinguish between products, serial numbers, and part numbers. Because when a customer explicitly points this out and you still proceed to send the same item, it shows that you do not understand how logistics actually work.
No problem. Withdraw from the market so customers don’t have to rely on you.

Είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη, είχα ένα μικρό πρόβλημα με την courier αλλά η επικοινωνία και η γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση απο την Κυρία στην LambdaTek έλυσε άμεσα το θέμα. Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω.

All my homies use lambdatek xd,
I ordered a cpu (Ryzen 9 7900x3D tray) from uk to be shipped to Greece. As this was my first time ordering from abroad, I was really worried about additional shipping fees being applied to my order or the package getting lost.. thankfully nothing like this happened. The support team was perfectly responsive, I got email updates about my order, and the ups tracking status worked fine. The product came as expected in perfect condition, that in combination with the good price I paid for it, bravo lambdatek!
What is stated on the website about no tariff fees and stuff or checkpoint expenses being applied to the packages shipped from the uk towards Greece due to a deal the did with the eu customs is absolutely true, nothing like this was applied to my order and I didn’t pay a cent more than what was held from my card! I also asked ups lady and she confirmed it.
Though one complain I have to make, and this is about ups (shipping company), they were helpful when I called and asked but it is totally unacceptable when being such a giant shipping company around the world, not calling your customers upon delivering their goods! You can’t simply walk in one day, ring the bell for a minute like a prankster and then walk away saying “attempted delivery- no response”! No sht! I wasn’t even informed for the time of the delivery to be home! They even couldn’t do so for the next attempts! I asked the support on the phone and in contact why they courier cant call me when he plans to deliver (like say even 5 minutes, so that I get out of my shower) and she said they don’t do that! Unacceptable!!! (That is My first experience with ups. Although the good was great and the service, they lack in delivery features !)

If you are buying from abroad and your delivery happens to be ups, notice that they do not work like ACS does in Greece or Skroutz, they make 3 delivery attempts on a date they pick (or your can reschedule but you have to talk to them on phone or through the ups app). You can also select to pick up the package form either of their 2 warehouses where one is located in Athens (near the airport in koropi - Access by metro going to airport, disembark one stop before then it’s 40 minutes by foot) or the one in Thessaloniki. In Athens they do not have any other area you (like a drop off or pickup point) can choose from! If you live in island, or somewhere much further from those warehouse, i don’t know where they store the goods or what options you are given but search it up! Give them a call and ask (though notice they might ask for your ups tracking number - first last name and the good you ordered).
For me everything worked perfectly well, my only complaint is that ups doesn’t call you before delivery like all couriers do in Greece!

I read negative reviews saying “package hasn’t arrived yet” and I bet my soul these are impatient people! The site stated like 14days for the package to be delivered for me, it was planned for delivery on the 14th day and the currier attempted on the 11th!
Give it time!!

Delivery depends on various factors, as it’s coming from abroad and not from in the country where it’s at ur door the next day!!

Trust lambdatek they have good support!

Apart from that everything worked perfectly fine! Special thank you to Tom felici who helped me when I made a mistake with buying the cpu 2 times, with his rapid and professional responses (I did receive the money back without any stress) as well as to everyone on the support team!

(Also if you read negative reviews you will see my point, most of them appear brainless or don’t actually have a complaint about lambdatek making a mistake - they blame either ups or are impatient)

5/5 will consider again!
