Couteau Laguiole (!) offert en cadeau qui s'avère de piètre qualité car cassé après 2 ans de faible utilisation. L'entreprise n'a assuré ni garantie, ni SAV. A éviter.

I was keen to order a corkscrew and I thought I was ordering through Laguiole, which is a well recognised premium maker of French knives. What I failed to realise was that Laguiole Attitude is a totally different company with a very poor customer service and a misleading website.
The problem is that they don't seem to make the products themselves, but sub contract the work to individual craftsman. That means that items listed on their web site, which they claim they have in stock, may not be in stock. They will take your money and then you wait and wait and wait for the craftsman to maybe make your item. In the interim, they provide no update on when your item will be delivered and no interest in refunding your money, when you find out that they don't have your order in stock.
Their products are not cheap and I wouldn't recommend anyone taking the risk that an item that you have ordered on line is in stock and then you are left with no product, no refund and no clue as to if and when your item will be delivered.
To avoid this situation, buy elsewhere

Ho chiesto il diritto di recesso nei tempi giusti per legge su un acquisto di coltelli, ma non ho saputo mai nulla.
Perché hanno il servizio clienti?

Auténtica cuchillería francesa "made in china".
Son cuchillos razonablemente buenos para ser chinos, pero no al precio que tienen. Por lo visto venden bajo licencia cualquier porquería que no tiene nada de artesana ni de calidad. Viven del nombre de la marca.

I ordered a sommelier corkscrew on the 14th of August. I was then informed a few days later, that they did not have the corkscrew that i ordered. I asked if delivery at a later time was possible, as i wanted that specific corkscrew.

I was told that they expected delivery of the corkscrew within a fortnight. I kindly waited two weeks, and nothing happened. On the 30th of August, i requested an update and was told, that it would be delivered next week, and there would be no further delay. I waited again, and on the 8th September, i requested an update. No answer to my E-Mail. I wrote again on the 11th of September. I received an answer on the 12th September that they expect delivery of the corkscrew mid next week.

My patience is spent, and i have been waiting a month, for them to fix their own mistakes. I have received nothing from them. Avoid at all costs. They do not withhold their agreements, and are not to be trusted.

Commande de 2 paires de ciseaux le 3 aout 2022 soit disant en stock ,résultat une paire livrée au bout de 15 jours , deuxième paire paire annoncée le 7 septembre après de nombreuses réclamations sans le cadeau promis pour compenser le retard .société pas sérieuse , à éviter !!

Ho acquistato dei coltelli da regalare per il compleanno ad un amico, mi sono arrivati oltre i giorni indicati quindi sono stato costretto a prendere un altro regalo, ma la cosa peggiore è il loro servizio di assistenza clienti, praticamente assente, durante la chat dopo aver scaricato la colpa al corriere italiano (cosa non vera) ha semplicemente abbandonato la chat, mentre dal servizio email, fornito dal Customer center, non ho mai avuto risposta, stessa cosa è successa anche mandando una email a quella indicata sul sito.

A Natale, ho regalato un cavatappi da sommelier con incisione che è arrivato dopo le feste ho fatto l'ordine i primi di dicembre . Posso capire, visto il periodo di intenso traffico . Nello stesso ordine ho incluso un secchiello per il ghiaccio che ad oggi Aprile deve ancora arrivare. ho mandato una mail a febbraio nella quale mi indicavano che a fine febbraio sarebbe stato disponibile di nuovo , ma nessuno mi ha spedito ancora nulla ,ne sono stata avvisata di ulteriore ritardo . ho inviato oggi una nuova mail per sapere cosa devo aspettare ancora . Ovviamente tutto pagato !! Hanno risposto alla mail dicendo che si erano dimenticati e mi hanno finalmente spedito il mio ordine . Ce ne è voluto di tempo !!! Tutto bene, quello che finisce bene ma un pò disorganizzati. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità.

Ordered a set of boxed steak knives at the beginning of December and was promised 48hour delivery. They did not arrive until February and the blades were all scratched. When I complained I was told they couldn’t send a new set or refund the cost of the order. These were expensive knives that I ordered for a Christmas present.
I would not use this company.

Ho comprato un set di coltelli da bistecca su questo sito, che rivende i VERI coltelli Laguiole. Purtroppo, il set di coltelli che mi è arrivato presentava alcuni importanti difetti che ho segnalato al servizio di customer care. Il quale, molto gentilmente, ha provveduto a supportarmi con estrema generosità e velocità, e soprattutto senza richiedermi extra-costi (es. spedizione). In pochi giorni ho avuto i miei coltelli, di perfetta qualità. Una piccola disavventura che, però, è stata prontamente risolta: cinque stelle!
