I want to extend my sincere thanks for your wonderful service, absolute professionalism, and complete transparency throughout. Both James Hill and your kudos have been amazing.
Bogdan from Kudos stairlifts installed a stairlift for my 92 year old mother last Wed 9 October.
From the moment he came in until he left - approx 6 hrs later - he was brilliant. Professional, polite, meticulous, patient. He cleaned as he went along and explained in detail so much so that we were reassured beyond expectations. Recommend 100%
Kudos Stairlifts have been truly excellent to deal with; from my initial enquiry re installing a stairlift for a very narrow staircase, to the detailed survey, plan, design and manufacture, culminating in the installation of the Flow X last week. The consummate professionalism of the team - James, the Client Focus Manager, always at the other end of a phone call, email or WhatsApp message, never failing to respond, understand our particular needs and reassure; Arran who was painstaking and spent hours carrying out the detailed survey and Troy who installed the stairlift with such professionalism and patience, ensuring that we were happy with the stairlift and giving words of encouragement to my wife as she got to grips with her new mode of transport up and down the stairs, using the state of the art Flow X lift - so different from her previous one.
Kudos was the only company able to provide us with a bespoke stairlift that ticked all the boxes. Over the years I have dealt with many companies and I can honestly say that the service provided by Kudos, thanks to James, Arran and Troy, has been first class. The Flow X stairlift is also proving to be a hit with my wife!
If you are looking for a stairlift, you can't do better than contacting Kudos for genuine service without any of the hard sell!
We have had our Stairlift for 3 trouble free years. We have just had our yearly service which was carried out by Troy , excellent service. I recommend Kudos Stairlifts. D Whitington.
