Worst customer service
Worst customer service! No replies no package after a month of placing my orders. I have miles/points expiring so I decided to buy gifts from this site. And the fact that I’m not using Singapore Air anymore because their Premium economy is not premium at all. Bad service bad business.

UTTERLY disappointed with Krisshop services.
Item was not delivered after 3 months and did not bother to reply my emails after 1 month.
Contacting Krisshop via telephone gave more frustrations - the calls were either never picked up or hanged up immediately after it was connected.
End outcome - refund within 4 weeks AFTER the 3 months of NO service delivery.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM KRISSHOP
Do not waste your time buying from KrisShop.
I'm a Singaporean and have always been proud of our national airline Singapore Airlines (SQ), which manages KrisShop. After the non-existent service mentioned below, I'll never bother with SQ again. In fact, am embarrassed now, to have such a national airline.
I placed an order of a toaster on KrisShop. Guess what they sent me ? An egg boiler !
Tried to reach out to KrisShop over 3 days via email, phone and online chat, to no avail.
For the online chat, they eventually responded 2 hours later. No one has the time to wait 2 hours for a response ! As I wasn't online anymore, I received an automated email from ZenDesk. That was how I knew.
Phone call - each time I called, I patiently waited for ONE hour. I was put on hold time and time again. No one bothered answering. Unbelievable !!!
Till today, I still have not received my toaster and I have no use for an egg boiler sitting in my cupboard taking up unnecessary space.
SHOCKING !!!
Poor delivery service both Krisshop and Speedpost are responsible
I’m extremely disappointed in the delivery service provider for my iPhone order. Speedpost. They do not call before hand on when they deliver and they do not deliver at a desired time. If they need me to be around to receive the order, they should arrange a specific time so I don’t have to wait around at home. You should employ ninja van or Shopee express for your delivery as they will arrange or even call when they deliver. For this 3rd attempt, I have waited since 8am in the morning today and it hasn’t arrived. Now it’s 6pm. Past 2 attempts they deliver in the morning. Now they decide to deliver late. What kind of games are they playing. With the delay and repeated attempts at delivery, how do they protect the integrity of the phone?? This is unacceptable of a National posting service that has been doing deliveries for a long time. Krisshop should also be responsible for this behaviour and unprofessional way of delivering goods. For engaging such delivery service provider, I’m very disappointed with Krisshop. This is the worse service I have received. And I will not recommend Krisshop to anyone!!!
Poor experience
Many shops delivery will be faster than Krisshop, other than earning miles, which is quite peanuts, there is no other benefits. First time buying from Krisshop, and it is worst than shopee or lazada experience.
Faulty product - still waiting for replacement 1 month on
The Jabra earbuds (215 SGD) are faulty. After a month of waiting for replacement. all I have been told is that the issue is with the vendor - but as far as I'm concerned Kris shop is the vendor since that is whom I paid.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service, they don't deliver overseas and don't let you by gift card with miles. it's frustrating if you not traveling with them very often, your miles just go to waste.
Unresponsive and irresponsible
Ordered a pair of earbuds, it never got delivered and received no calls nor email. Emailed Customer service to check status and was advised to contact Singpost, expecting us to chase up the item ourselves. Then we found it was returned to manufacturer. Sent two emails to Krisshop customer service and got zero replies. Request for refund also ignored. Absolutely disappointed and leaves distaste with the way Krisshop treats its customers.
Unfriendly customer service
Unfriendly customer service. They did not inform of order cancellation and expect you to recall every exact detail of your order in order to answer your query, which they seem to have the choice to ignore totally without the information.

This must be the biggest conshop under the sun , just compare prices of items and you'll know what I'm talking about. How they even sell anything is beyond me. Definitely not using my points on this site.
Slow shipping, practices stuck in the past decade
Slow shipping, even within Singapore. I’m surprised my overseas orders from Amazon US or other sites arrive much faster than orders from this local (to me) site. Cancellation of orders also not possible, despite the orders not yet shipped. Customer service non-existent, only template answers. Better to shop elsewhere
Had some points expiring so thought may…
Had some points expiring so thought may as well use them. Not a whole lot of points but enough for a T-Shirt valued at just under £28. They want three times that, almost £90 for delivery. Although the airline had three years of loss during covid it has made record profits of S$2.16 Billion this year. Perhaps they should think about giving back some value to their loyal customers. Especially as the KrisFlyer Miles were devalued in 2021 and again in 2022.
